The placid babe had grown day by day... larger and larger surpassing already some of her siblings. She was getting more and more independance and she was keen to see where the world would take her. She was loyal and would always be loyal to Habari but she was keen to explore all the new lands and meet more personalities, though with that she knew their came risk. She would swiftly linger away from her pack lands and go to the battlefield, wanting to get as much experience as possible to see where she was weak and could improve... they all had to be strong if they were to survive the world. The land was desolate and vast. She could hear her every step and movement and as she stood upon the battlefield she would stand tall, taking all the scents around her and listening out for any others who venture close by. Ready and itching to gain more experience, Gil found himself once more upon the Battlefield. Riddled with stains and old memories, he breathed in deep. Here, he would make a name for himself. One day, all of Boreas would know who he is. Flicking his ears forward as he traveled across the plains, a white-cloaked figure stood out in the distance. All was quiet around them as he took in her scent, yellow eyes focusing on her. A small smile tinged the corner of his lips as he turned to approach her from the side. Leveling with her quickly, he paused a few feet away. "Ready?" The singular word was all that came from his calmly expressed muzzle. Anyone here was here for one of two things: to spar or to be claimed into a pack. Since he was a Loner, he could only provide one thing. Flicking his tail back and forth in anticipation, Gil rolled his thick-coated shoulders, waiting for her to answer his call.

The girl would stand boldly as she waited, wondering who would cross her path... would it be a challenge? someone of similar experience? She was keen to find out. Not long was she waiting before she saw someone come towards her. His frame large and his features dark. He didn't seem to oppose to much of a threat and seemed he was here for similar reasons as she. She would not let her emotions slip though she were nervous, she had only a few spars behind her belt and she had yet to oppose anyone older and bulkier. He would pause a few feet away and would smirk, accepting her challenge. She would not in response, her gaze locking upon him and a mischevious glint in her eye. She so badly wanted to win, to gain the confidence that she could indeed conquer her future enemies to come, to protect her kingdom and family.

She would ready her defences, her weight distributing evenly, her muscles tensing. A Giggle would slip her ebony lips before she would finally speak " I guess it's ladies first." And just like that she would aim to lunge forward, her left shoulder looking to smack inbetween his chest and left shoulder to disrupt his balance. The girl still had so much to learn and would play by instincts alone, she knew she needed further training from her mentors. Whether her initial attack was successful or not, carnage would aim to twist her head to the left to hopefully clasp her jaws onto his nose to restrict his movement and tear.

Gilgamesh preferred that she didn't want to speak a lot. Watching her every move, she appeared to be calculated or trying really hard. His own chuckle rumbled up through his chest as she commented about ladies first. Of course he was a gentleman or so he'd allow her to believe. It wasn't a moment more than she was lunging forward and closing the gap between them. He watched her shoulder turn forward aiming for his chest. Bracing for the impact, he dug his claws in and forced his own shoulder into the impact so that they collided. Gritting his teeth as she turned her head, mouth gaping open and aiming right for his muzzle. In the same movement, his own head was twisting, mouth open and aiming for her cheek. Feeling her teeth graze his face, he pressed forward. It would be a battle of strength now. Could he push her over? Would his mouth grasp her face? Folding his ears back for protection, a growl rippled up his throat. As she made the first move, her shoulder his against his own, she would feel the as he forced his own shoulder forward. She would hold in a grunt though she was sure that would bruise later on. As she had aimed her jaws to clasp his nose, she was not successful, instead missing, much to her disappointment, she had little time to think before his own jaws snapped forward, his teeth successfully grazing her left cheek and cutting her flesh, though due to both of their sudden movement there was no secure hold. In a final attempt to win her opponenet Carnage would ready herself and regain her balance. She would look to raise upon her hind legs, her forearms aiming to wrap around his neck in an attempt to close off his movement. At this point Carnage wanted to latch onto anything and if successful would aim to clasp her jaws firmly upon his ear in an attempt to cause mild pain.

The rich coppery taste of blood washed over his tongue as he found a moment's purchase upon her cheek. It was brief but just enough to get his own blood going. Adrenaline pumping, he felt her weight pull away from him. Repositioning so that he was more balanced over his four paws, his eyes followed her rearing body upward. As she moved back down, her paws outstretched to wrap around his neck, Gil danced his paws toward the side. Her arms landed successfully on the side of him, wrapping around his neck as her mouth pulled on his ear. Pulling his own head down so that her teeth would let go of his ear, he curled his chin as his legs bent slightly. In the next moment, he flung his head up and back in hopes of bashing his skull into the underside of her muzzle. It was a simple move, but he hoped it was just enough to get her to bite her tongue or fall off of him.
