It had been so long since Lysis had truly spoken to Drashiel. Many months ago he had seemed to purposefully detach himself from her -- he grew rapidly from a boy into a man, his loving nature turning cold and harsh, his affections toward her withheld almost completely. It was unfair, plain and simple, and his absence from her life grew more unbearable when she realized that Kyarst was definitely gone. Perhaps not permanently, but it was not a temporary thing either. A sigh escaped her lips as she wandered from Glaciem territory.

Her brother's scent was easy to follow. Delicate paws carried her over the rocky terrain, traversing carefully up the mountainous territory. The fjord was a dangerous place, but it was familiar to her, and it was with ease that she searched for her litter-mate. An angelic cry was sent out across the land as the babe tilted her head to the sky, summoning him. It was merely a request -- she would not resort to begging -- but she needed to know he was still here and still her brother.

Kyarst, her half-brother and closest friend, is allowed in any and all of her threads.

Indarra had yet to settle it's roots and the restlessness of it's members few could still be felt in the soil. Isardis was out doing whatever it was that he did. Argent was tending to her own troubles as well. Drashiel had had a nice conversation with Aldoro but as to where the other male was now the Prince knew not. Everything was disturbingly quiet like the calm before some storm. It worried Drashiel, this stillness. It did not belong to the birth of a new kingdom. They should have been rolling in the thrumming motion of life not the trudging, begrudging dance of the dying. Was this an omen?

The wind shifted bringing with it the scent of someone to ease the heirs boredom. Lysis. His dearest sister. Drashiel took to his paws with a soft grin on his face. It had been awhile since the two of them had talked and he could only imagine how she was doing now that Kyarst had left. Drashiel's feelings towards his half-brother used to be so conflicted now they were simply absent. "Lysis? how good to see you, dear sister. Are you well? How is Bevroren?"
