"Talk" Walk

He had managed to somewhat get the oozing under control...but every poultice that was tried only did little to soothe his blistering skin. To better hide them until he found a way to get rid of them, he wore his bear cloak to hide the worst of his oozing blisters. Blue goo still streamed from his eyes, nose and mouth...leaking from his ears and staining his fur. Winter hadn't been kind to many, he was sure. Especially not to him when the voices plagued his mind. He had learned to accept them though, choosing not to fight against them anymore. He accepted his fate, and was now on his way to accomplish what they so desired. Eventually, he'd take a pack. But for now? His sights were set a little lower. One step at a time

The auroras in the sky shone an array of greens and blues and purples, keeping his path lit as he stalked through the red forest. He was close to his old territories, but he didn't care much about those lands anymore. They were dead to him. Much like everything else in his past, and all that mattered now was his future.
