Spending Spree

It had all been a dream. At least, that's what Syanna had thought when she first woke up. The vivid mirage of sleep where she'd encountered that strange cloaked entity once more, a plethora of items available to her like she had seen during the Long Night, felt almost like reality. But when her eyes opened to find the morning sun and no ethereal glowing darkness, she had breathed a sigh of relief. That is, until her paws tapped the small bundle of items beside her in bed. Startled, Syanna sprung up and inspected the collection. An assortment of three vials, similar to the one she had purchased before that now sat on her desk, lay beside her in the blankets. She eyed them all with a muted gasp. Her dream had been real.

Snatching up the vials, Syanna carried them over to the desk and set them up, looking at all four side by side. The glittering one, the green sticky one, the thick and dark one, and the bright gold one in an oddly shaped vial. What they all did, the vixen-furred lady had no clue. But, being a student of science, knew there was only one way to find out. Well, the mushrooms didn't kill me, so I guess here goes nothing... she thought while dainty cream paws wrapped around the gold potion, the most seemingly innocuous of the bunch. A claw popped the cork stopper from the end while she eyed the label of the two sized wolves on it, and with a deep breath to steel her nerves, she poured about half the bottle into her mouth. The flavor wasn't unpleasant, much like its appearance had been, and she found it quite palatable when she swallowed. Nodding her head in approval, Syanna drank the remaining half of the potion. Then she waited. Would the effects be immediate or delayed? Should she be taking notes? What if this killed her? Well, too late for those worries now.
