Her legs were restless after the whole raid debacle. Worried that Tika needed to stretch her own legs for a bit, Audra glanced over at the girl from where she lay on their bed. Outside, the sun shone brightly through their balcony window, but that wouldn't be her plan for the day. Busy as the day-to-day life was for her girlfriend, she wanted to take some time to explore the castle interior and get a proper walkthrough. Leaping down from the pile of blankets, she smiled over at Tika in the cute way that she did. "Show me around, please?" Her sweet, chiming tone broke their companionable silence. It was due time for them to have a good day without any serious conversations or battles to tend to. Without waiting for the taller girl to agree, Audra gave her one more look over her shoulder before slipping out of the room in the quiet hallway. The cool stone felt nice beneath her paws as she began a lazy stroll down the corridor. To her right, the corner would curve around the large walkway where Artorias' room lingered. And to her left, a row of doorways led toward the stairs. It was only one of the many floors of the castle and only one of the few she had really yet to see. "Don't spare any details, I want to know everything," Audra said softly so as not to disturb anyone that may be resting in their rooms.

Avantika had still not gotten over the raid situation. Her anger had simmered, dulling to quiet but ever red embers. She'd wondered if she could visit their prisoner, but hadn't asked Art about it yet. She wouldn't hurt him, but she wanted answers. Why? Why attack a pack like the Hallows? They'd never done anything to hurt anybody as far as she knew. The pirates weren't even good at fighting. They'd lost nearly every fight in the raid. You'd think that they would train themselves better if they were going after packs. Or did they not expect any consequences for their behavior?

But Audra interrupted her brooding like a sunbeam slicing through thick gray clouds, asking her to show her around the castle. Pushing away the stinging feeling of wasted time, she smiled. "Of course." She followed Audra out the door and settled into a comfortable pace beside her. "Do you want to go to the other floors or explore this one first?"

"Speech"

It didn't take long for Tika's stride to match her's and they began their slow pace around the castle's floor. Audra thought for a moment about the question as she hummed under her breath. "This one won't take long!" She chirped as she smiled up at her girlfriend. Tika's wrath she felt toward the raid had been obvious and she would try her best to help her feel better. Not that wandering around the castle would be of much help, but it was something. "Tell me who resides where. Should be easy," her smile grew a little more as she teased slightly. Listening to the click of their nails against the smooth stone was calming to her. Her one good eye would glance into each doorway as they passed.

Audra decided to look at this floor first and wanted to know where everyone's rooms were. Avantika was more than happy to oblige. "Next to us on the left is Art and Briar's room, and on the right is Rudy and Fern's. We're walking past Gwynevere's room now, and now Tamsyn and Kane's." There was a brief break from the tour as they walked beside the staircase. Their claws clicked on the floor. "How do you like being here?" She wanted to know how Audra liked living in the Hallows. Avantika wasn't leaving, so if they wanted to stay together it would be good for both of them to enjoy the pack.

"Speech"

Audra listened intently as she gazed around the floor. Everything from the smooth stone beneath their padding paws to the high ceilings flickering with candlelight. Out from a window, the sun filtered through and warmed the stone. It was pleasant today and quiet inside as most spent their time elsewhere. She enjoyed exploring the castle especially if Tika was there by her side. "Let's head down the stairs," she murmured as Tika finished showing her the rooms and they rounded back toward the stairs. Looking down toward the floor beneath them, she could see ornate rugs and tapestries. There wasn't anywhere else she'd want to call home. When Tika did ask, Audra smiled and glanced over to the girl. "I'm enjoying my time. Everyone is very nice to me. It feels like home," her voice is soft as they begin descending down to the next floor.

"Audra & Avantika"

When Audra answered that the Hallows felt like home, Avantika couldn't keep herself from smiling like an idiot. Her girlfriend could not have said anything nicer. Avantika was inextricably linked to her pack. They were her home, family, her very life. If Audra didn't love them as well, she didn't know what she would do. It was like that story about a sword that will pierce any shield and the shield that can stop any sword. Unstoppable force, her love for Audra. Immovable object, her love for the Hallows. It was great luck that she had both sword and shield and would not yet be forced to set them against each other.

Once they'd descended the stairs, Avantika spoke. "This floor has pretty much all the general stuff. Feast hall, armory, infirmary, storage, stuff like that."
