Dagrún stared at the deer, her eyes intent on the long saber fangs sticking out on either side of its mouth and curving down like daggers. What in the heck. She'd never seen a deer with fangs before! Really, she shouldn't have been surprised. How many wolves had odd mutations? It only made sense that some of other wildlife would be as well, right? The deer looked up and she held her breath, keeping herself as still as possible. The deer went back to drinking and for a moment she thought she saw some crystals growing out of its hind legs. It made her hackles raise and before she could turn and leave the deer looked up again then looked right at her and for a moment she thought she could feel it looking into her soul.

You see the deer looking at you and blink, but you then find yourself looking at a black and white wolf. This wolf reminds you of something, but you are not alarmed by that fact. You are, in fact, very calm. You stamp a fly off your rear legs and wiggle your short tail in tandem. When you break eye contact with the wolf, you find yourself back in your own body, the deer from before all but a memory.
