Light filtered overhead around a cloak of clouds. The every so often peaking rays of the sun kept her warm as she wandered along the lengths of The Wall. It was quiet here with hardly a soul to be seen. Content with a lovely afternoon walk before her travels took her farther south, Tenshi froze when she felt the ground beneath her vibrate. Listening intently to what it could be, her icy blue eyes glanced around. Coming right in her direction was a large grizzly with hunger in its eyes. Tsking under her breath, she rolled her shoulders and waited a few more moments for the bear to get closer to her. Once it had sighted her, it reared back on its hind legs and let out a ferocious growl. Perhaps trying to scare her off but the dire would not be frightened. Wanting to continue her walk, she knew she'd have to fight the creature off. Picking up her paws, she charged toward the bear with her head lowered and ears folded back behind her horns. The bear landed back on all fours and lifted its lips in a growl. Lunging out at the bear, she began a dance with the beast as they took turns swiping at each other with blood and spittle flying. He'd spent many days exploring the ice covered areas and for whatever reason decided to venture past the wall. What if there were better places out there? Although the north was as close to home as he was going to get, he still wanted to keep his options open. He'd spent a long time away from home, so who knows, maybe he'll find somewhere else nice he'd rather stay.
As got closer to the wall, he could rear the familiar roaring of a grizzly bear nearby. It sounded like it was attacking something, enraged for some reason. Sverre knew better than to run towards the danger, but he couldn't help it. If someone else was having some fun, he wanted in on it too. And besides, maybe it's that fellow reindeer herder from the other day.
The bear came into his field of vision but his attention was quickly deterred to the horned wolf fighting it. Never before had he seen something like it, but decided he could ask questions later if he helped them out in fighting off the bear. With Finnur and Atli standing back, Sverre rushed forward with Hel in his jaws. He came from behind, unnoticed, and swung his axe into the bear's heel. It roared in pain, distracted from the first wolf and attempting to get eyes on the threat from behind. Tearing the weapon out of the bear, Sverre growled around it's hilt and moved away in attempt to get the bear to stumble after him and away from the other wolf for a long enough moment that she could attack from behind and give him another chance to swing at it's heels.
