Indigo... hm. Hazel entered the ring, ready to size up her opponent. She was sorta regretting coming to this whole thing in the first place, but at least she could fight. There was a bit of aggression that had bubbled up in her, some sort of hostility. Not necessarily uncharacteristic, as the child had been borderline feral. No, this is an anger that lives inside her always. Still, according to the rules, she couldn't actually be... that violent. Though only a yearling, Hazel needed to learn to hold her aggression. Bottle it. Use it to the best of her ability or something like that.

She entered the ring, her gaze curious and a bit stormy as it set about on the others. Pinging from one to the next, to the next. Which one of them was Indigo, anyway? Well, Hazel guessed she'd find out soon enough. All of the Warlord's teachings rattled around in her head as she carefully set her defenses, and made sure that she was especially aware of that guard she had a hard time keeping up, the one on her weaker side. She could do it, right? Yeah. Hazel could do this.

Indigo wasn’t sure why he had volunteered for the tournament, maybe it was to redeem himself after Ashen’s last event. He’d lost all too quickly and he still felt the sting of loss. It was nothing compared to some of his deeper emotions, but it still drove him to this moment. His massive form stood as the tournament began and he was shown to his opponent. He’d never met the woman before, she must have joined the Armada long after he’d left to find his own way. Judging by the age of her, she hadn’t even been born at the point he left his birth pack.

Bright sapphire blue eyes looked her over as massive dark paws drew him across from her. The massive Fatalis had no intentions of causing real harm, but he wanted to win. Not for any glory or prize, but to prove himself to himself.

Indigo gave her a quick nod, but that was all before he sprang into action. Using his massive weight Indigo aimed to slam his huge body against her. He aimed for her shoulder, wanting to come at her slightly from the side. At the same time he opened his jaws wide to grab at her scruff with his dagger like teeth while one of his cat like paws revealed sharp claws and swiped to trip up her slender front legs.
