With winter approaching in the southern reaches of auster, predator animals had been more abundant. In search of food or warm places to sleep, Tenshi and her pack mates had taken to fending them off from their borders. From the scrapes and cuts obtained fending off such animals, she was awfully low on her ointment cache. While there were places in Auster to gather such things, the two other packs in the south had claimed most of the areas that were lively with bees. To make her salves and ointments, she needed beeswax! Traveling north into Boreas, Tenshi made her way to a warmer area that she knew would be abundant with the necessary items she needed. Cresting a tall hill, she inhaled deeply the various perfume scents that wafted over the gulley. From dandelions to marigolds to lavender to sage, there was a surplus that needed to be harvested. And to her delight, she could hear the gentle humming of bees drifting from flower to flower. Making her way down the hill, Tenshi began her morning searching for a hive large enough to extract wax from. It would be helpful to do it while most bees were still sleepy... Bees. Buzzing bumbling bubbles against the blue sky. Nikki glanced this way and that as she made her way into the Fern Gulley, remarking inwardly about the beauty of nature. There seemed to be a dip in the location, causing her to walk downhill and find the woman. Her curly tail wagged almost lazily as she approached. Their horns were interesting enough, making the other look like kelp was breaching their skull. "Hey" Nikki called out, not disturbed by the honey bees buzzing around her head. If she left them alone, they would leave her alone. Her focus entirely on the woman, she smiled "I'm sorry to bother you, but I don't really know where I am" she admits with a gentle shake of her head "can you tell me the name of this realm?" In exchange, she would help with the woman's gathering. But she resisted offering right away. It could offend the other, after all. Some wolves were a bit... sensitive. It wouldn't take long for Tenshi to find the hive. A loud hum filled her ears as she approached the slow bumbling bugs. They zipped around her without much of a care in the world. Unlike other bees, honey bees were rather harmless - as long as you didn't pester them. Their long and thin combs hung from a thick branch as honey seeped from the individual holes. While the honey was tempting and the scent overly sweet, she was here for the wax. Distracted by her task at hand and the loud buzzing in her ears, she didn't notice the approaching dog at first. Turning her chin over her shoulder as the greeting was called out, Tenshi blinked a few times before nodding in the girl's direction. Turning her muzzle back to her hive, she leaned back on her haunches and raised her front paws up. "No bother to me. You are in Fern Gulley," her thickly accented voice speaks to the girl without looking in her direction. She had to be careful now and her time was running out as the sun began to rise over the horizon. "The whole realm is named Boreas," Tenshi thinks to add on quickly; realizing that one might take that Fern Gulley was all of the lands. Carefully, she reached for a throwing star from her shoulder holster and began to use it to cut off a large piece of comb. Gathered an Herb (Beeswax) - 2/3
