Leaving Tojo had been confronting at first, it had been her home for quite some time. Yet it soon faded with the months she had been gone. The reasoning behind her departure were well thought before doing it. The idea of being hidden wasn't attractive anymore, why should they hide? Besides she felt she could do more anywhere else. The coldness embraced her body, heavy steps accompanied her stroll through the northern regions of Boreas. Yes, she was now far away from her old home. From the deep vegetation of the Bamboo to the barren, and snow covered regions up here.

Her nose brushed against the snow as she sniffed for prey, the life of a loner was new yet she used all she learned in her pup hood. Besides her companion was by her side, ready to help her out. She wasn't useless in the slightest. As she came up to the ship, she felt curious about it. But she was on the mission for food, that first then the ship.

She was continually bitching about the North, but she most definitely was still up there. Why? Well, she was curious, wanted to explore, and was bored. None of that would stop her from complaining to herself. It, at the end of the day, wasn't much different from a normal winter in the other regions of Boreas. It was just colder sooner, and even here was warmer than usual. Didn't stop the snow buildup, especially this far north. She did, however, finally come across something that piqued her curiosity quite a bit.

It was a human construction, she knew. She hadn't ever seen a human and wasn't even born when the humans left this land. In fact, there wasn't a wolf alive that had ever seen a human. The last of them were gone a couple generations ago, and would never return. But she'd heard of them. She'd almost call them a myth, but she'd seen the evidence of their existence time and time again. This was just another one of them, frozen deep into the land. She wasn't sure what it was, apart from human.

Movement caught her eye, as did a flash of color, and she turned to see.... a brilliantly pink wolf sniffing at the ground. She was quite pretty, actually, and very large - larger than Lyra, though not by much in regards to height only. Maybe just a hair taller. In width and substance though? Lyra was definitely dwarfed, and she eyed the pink girl curiously. "Well well well," she murmured quietly to herself. Wolves her size had become more common, but it still wasn't often she ran into a wolf bigger than her. "Well, hello," she called out quietly then, stepping forward to make herself more visible. The wolf had a dog with it, but neither appeared particularly aggressive.

With her nose still looking for prey. A weak of heart would have given up before trying after seeing this cold and seemingly barren place. But of course she was not, she knew there was always a chance for food. From dead animals, small creatures and even lost big ones could be there for the determined and capable ones. Her tail high as her large paws sunk into the snow, ears up and in alert. Eyes of blue travelling into the surroundings. But nothing was seen so far.

Then she heard pawsteps, that alone made her stop on her tracks. And so her servant(the dog) pointed at the newcomer. A dark pelted female with aurora like markings on her frame. She was as tall as her, but a bit slender, nothing that would mean less for her. Everyone had their value."Hello," She greeted calmly, expression serene but curious to have found someone else out here."Looking for food as well?" Or was she just wandering? Then she looked up to the ship. It could be a good place to pass the night. "Curious isn't it?" No wolf could be able to do that, it felt fantasious seeing such an odd structure.

The dog was truly a curiosity; she hadn't seen the like before. She knew it was a canine - that much was obvious. But curious indeed, as the creature looked quite sturdily built and capable. Not like a wolf in battle, especially not a wolf like her or this pink newcomer, but one that could deliver powerful assistance and might. That in and of itself could turn the tide in a battle.

Her eyes drifted back to the woman, head tilting once more. She didn't respond aggressively, of which Lyra was appreciative. In fact, she was eyed with the same curiosity she felt for the stranger. She dipped her head once more in yet another greeting, before nodding to the first question. "Yes - somewhat, anyway. I had a decent meal the other day but I am starting to get hungry again." She wasn't opposed to working with another wolf for a kill; it made the hunt easier, and they could likely catch larger prey, or more prey depending on what was available in the area.

She followed the stranger's eyes to the ship, and once again nodded to her words. "It is," she agreed cheerfully. "It is an artifact from the humans, from my understanding. I'd dismiss them as myths, but the evidence is all too clear in all of these strange things that dot the land. This is certainly the largest of the artifacts that I have seen.... mostly just remnants in the orchids down south and the weird stuff over in the battlefields in the center of these lands. Both have artifacts from the humans." She wasn't sure if this wolf knew what humans were, but either way she would either value the information or let Lyra know that she knew already.

"I'm Lyra Saxe, by the way. Who're you and your dog companion?" Didn't hurt to exchange names, especially if they were going to hunt together, or explore together, or both.
