The weather today seemed to be strange. He had woken up to a cloudy sky, seemingly wanting to rain, and just a couple hours later the sun had pushed through the clouds before being swallowed by them moments later. One brow rose up as honey golden eyes surveyed the sky, debating whether he should remain in the den he had created here or whether it would be safe to go down towards the water. With his luck, he would get caught in the rain. But at the same time, he had been within his den for a while now, and he wanted to stretch his legs. Perhaps he would find something interesting today, though nothing really changed throughout his days here. Seldom had he seen others along this part of the beach, for it was more secluded then the rest of it, his chosen place a little cut out outlet on the far southern side of the shores.

Dark sands would shift under his paws as he decided to move. The water lapping in steady intervals at the shores was such a familiar sound to him now, he knew he would miss it if he ever had to leave. He felt reluctant now, to leave the shores if he had to live elsewhere, for it was a place he had grown accustomed to. He lived alone here, and the lull of the waters and the gulls often helped him sleep at night. The cool breeze ruffled his fur, paws gently moving through centimeters of shallow waters as he moved along the sands. Could he really stay here forever? Or would this place be forced away from him like the home he had been born in? Only time and fate would tell, he supposed.

The male would make his way over to a jetty, a place of familiarity where he often went to sit and stare out at the ocean. This was a place of solitude, and he enjoyed it...although it did get lonesome. He wondered if today he would see the pod of Dolphins that seemed to have been around lately, they were always amusing to watch, and Aiden hoped that one day he would summon up the courage to wade into the water to get a closer look. Though for now, he felt somewhat content to just sit and watch. As he clambered over the rocks, ears would perk up at the sounds he had been hoping for. Above the sounds of gently crashing water, the dolphins sang and he eagerly moved along, honey golden orbs searching them out. It didn't take long for him to reach the end of the jetty, the breeze a little rougher out here, though it didn't bother him much since his winter coat was setting in now. He would stand there, ears erect and stance relaxed as he watched the young ones jump about. It certainly was an exciting thing to see, and how he longed to be out there, not having a care in the world..."Maybe after this life..."

The sky would be a reminder of the summer now gone, with its constant stream of light it was warm against the back of the black sand and shone in brilliance against the surface of the sea. It would be here that the steps of the dark brute would tread. It was a course for the heavy stains of black that took hold of his upper surface, not fading to white until the socks that stood against his legs. The large brute would let out a sigh, feeling the heat of it soak into him until the cool wind that blew off the sea was a mercy. He had thought he was alone, and his expression did not bother to hide the conflict that kept his paws moving. It would be a long trek against the hot beach before he would find himself in the secluded branch that a fawny brute would favour.

With the breeze that pushed off the ocean in swirls of salty freshness, it would not be the scent that would first alert him to the presence of the other. This time it would be sight, as his eyes would find the shape staring out at the ocean at the end of a jetty. He would look again to see what had caught his attention and see the faint outline of shapes playing in the ocean. Without stilling his steps he would find himself also walking down the jetty where the other sat. ?Its a good view you've got here? he would say as he approached the other.

The ocean always had a calming effect upon him. The male would always find himself here, despite the troubles the world would place upon his shoulders, he could always count on the ocean's calming waves to lull him into a state that all but made his troubles disappear. As he watched the frolicking mammals, he had not heard the approach of the stranger. ?Its a good view you've got here." Instead, the males voice had jerked him back to the present, causing him to turn towards the newcomer. Honey eyes fell on a younger male, a marking he had never seen upon the body of another wolf upon his left shoulder. Curiosity tugged at him, who was this strange kid?

Ah, but where were his manners? Even for a stranger, he would not forget his polite manners. "Yes, it is a place of serenity I often find myself at." He was much too calm and relaxed, he hoped that this male wouldn't turn hostile, because Aiden didn't, and couldn't fight. Not in his condition, not until he could find a cure...too bad for him, there was none. "My name is Aiden, what is your name, stranger?" He would shift upon the large boulder he sat upon, offering room and a smile as he invited the young male to sit with him. Though Aiden was aging, he would remain polite and respectful to those younger of age as well as older. It was in his persona to do so, and what was a world without kindness? It was something he highly believed in, though it was a different story towards those who wished to cause harm...
