I'm here for trouble

The Red Forest left her feeling tiny, but that didn’t have to be a bad thing. It made the world seem so big, and exciting. Each day, she was shooed off into the world, expected to have adventures and learn the world. She was systematically exploring the forest outside of their den. Cautious about getting lost, but curious about exploring what there was to see.

She felt a burning desire to learn, but she was certain exactly what. She needed to do something memorable, something she could place on her horns to mark the occasion. So far, she hadn’t figured out what that would be yet.

It was early morning when she went racing into the woods. This time, she was going further South than she had ever been before. She travelled far enough that the territory seemed to change around her. The type of woods starting to change.. And then a scent. A strange scent, something that spoke of ‘many’ and wolf-like. But what was it? She came to a stop at this scent marker, sniffing along it curiously.
