Ruby had been doing far more thinking than she should have. Then again maybe it wasnt so bad. Shed found this place hasnt she? The daylight was giving way to easy patches of melted snow. As far as she could see there were various winter species of birds. Her paws gently crunched against the snow. The naked trees giving way to half built nests.

The estuary was a funny thing. Although she found herself missing the warmth of auester this time around. Winter definitely made things look very different. Just like her. Ruby took in a breath, maybe she would discover something new here. Only way to find out was to keep exploring right?

Lefty took advantage of their freedom. They were given rights to roam, and this time the roaming had taken them to the West of Armada, though their pelt still smelled of the pack.

Alongside them, March and Storm-Eye kept careful pace. March shuffled at a leisurely stride, blunt head thrust down into snow.

Lefty decided that the best thing to do was to look for something to use as building materials-- and so they came to be on their hind paws, dragging a nest to the ground to rob it of insulating feathers. When they heard crunching footsteps, their head raised. "Hail, stranger."

She had been enjoying listening to the bird chirp in the sun. That was when a stranger approached causing her to look over at the wolf who had greeted her. A sly smile crawled across her face, so what would this one be? She got a bit closer but out of feigned respect kept a safe distance from lefty and their companion. "Hello to you too." she looked around the tree’s. This place seemed like it would be a good home if she wanted. Her paws crunching underneath the melting snow.

"I’m Valerie, I’m here exploring what about you?" her silky tone gave off a friendly maybe even flirtatious tone to it. Until she knew what game she wanted to play Ruby would play herself carefully. All the while picking up signs of trails left in the estuary. So others did walk here but she definitely wanted to explore some more.
