Whilst Dhiren had to be responsible now, step up to his important role life was far more simple for Dutiron though admittedly he was too young to even be considered for such a position. Instead the biggest challenges he faced involved exploring his home and meeting new people, he wasn't quite as eager to do the latter as some pups might have been but he was certainly interested in learning everything he possibly could.
On he ventured, no longer quite so fearful of losing sight of the den as he once had been. There were no nervous glances cast over his shoulder, checking that he could still view the entrance instead he looked forwards, paying attention to the world and so it wasn't long at all before he spotted the figure of another wolf. Had his father been present in his life, Dutiron could have quite easily mistaken the young man before him now as Cherokee instead however all he could compare Dhiren to was Canta. They weren't identical but there were similarities that even the young boy could notice.
"Hello." He greeted as he stepped closer to Dhiren, his little tail wagging slightly. He was certainly quite confident in his actions, though he had no bad experiences to make him wary of meeting strangers. So far in his life he'd actually only met other members of his family, he wouldn't assume that Dhiren was related to him, though it'd be a lie to say that the thought hadn't crossed Dutiron's mind.
Perhaps in time as he grew and learnt more about the dangers of the world Dutiron might become more cautious when meeting new people. He couldn't be entirely certain that the man before him now was another elder sibling or even a relative at all though he wouldn't shy away from him now. With the innocence and naivety of a child still ruling his actions, he didn't think he had any reason to be wary.
"Hello. What are you up to?" All of this meant the question was nothing to be feared at all. "Exploring." Dutiron answered. "Novel told me about our home but I want to see it for myself." A lot of what she'd said hadn't made much sense to him, having seen so little of the world. Slowly but surely he was going to learn about it all for himself though and that confusion would go away.
