He stood on watch as Bellamy rested. Time was moving on, and with it, so was she. He frowned as he tried to think about life without her eventually, but it was hard. She wouldn't be entirely gone. But she would be in this life. And then she'd go to the lands beyond where he had been for quite some time before he had somehow gotten back to this world. He sat down beneath a tree as his form flickered. He didn't need quite so much energy when he was alone. He preferred to pour all of his energy into his body when Bellamy was around. The skies that had turned red had begun to return to normal, the dread that had soiled the lands when the worms erupted out of nowhere was waning, but he wasn't sure if the danger was over yet or if more would come. And for that reason alone he was on alert just in case. Crimson gaze searched the trees in thought as his mind wandered to those he had left behind. Ignis...Winter...how were they? Ignis was much older now, and he hadn't seen him in ages. Likewise, he hadn't seen his daughter except for within his dreams. But it had been a while now, he hoped she was alive and well...taking a deep breath, he forced himself to think of other things.
