Zeus stood at the mouth of the cave system that Amenti called home. He would come back later with Selene, but just now he had to speak with Virgil. Alone. He tipped his head back and released a summoning howl, he hoped that it would be Virgil that greeted him, not one of the lesser members of the pack. He could not be bothered with a fuss. He stood, eyes fixated on the mouth of the cave, waiting to see who would approach. His eyes wandered to a painting on the cave wall, the work of humans. Cave paintings, such pathetic attempts at beauty. If the wanted real beauty, they could just have looked around, seen the beauty that surrounded them. He turned his eyes back to the passage and waited.
