Boredom was such a curse; plaguing the mind and smothering the spirit. Not to mention how the tickling despise of failure added to the elongated presence of a wounded ego, a troubled essence. And so it could only make perfect sense exactly why Isardis sought the only man who had proven capable of besting him. Admittedly, Isardis had been exhausted; he had been a part of several brawls earlier that had drained his physical vigour, and yet he wouldn?t allow it to be an excuse. He was absolutely kicking himself for the loss that had shattered his pride and pounded his ribs, and there was only one way to right a wounded pride. With the sickening howl of his desires he would cry for the attendance of the Amenti leader, the foul boy with the disfigured features. And he would wait, beginning to pace, to drop his heels upwards and downwards as his spring-heeled mind began to thrive beneath the pressure of a building wrath. Would the monster show?
