She had finally calmed down at least. Rains have left, and it was mid day, so she was alright being away from others. There was another lake here, it made her smile honestly. The dog was feeling a bit more and more comfortable with herself here. Of course, only to her dismay of confusion as to what she was supposed to do with herself around a bunch of giant gods. Sha made a sharp bark, she wouldn't be able to howl with such beauty as they. She only had her stripes to made it easier for her. The Kai Ken was in awe of her own markings sometimes, and those neon pink eyes she wore with pride. There was a sudden thought of running through town, hunting rabbits with her pack. With her father. The memory fuzzed as the flashback ran away as quickly as it came. Making her slightly dizzy as she caught herself. Hunting rabbits....and spending time with family. What family?
Sha sighed, it didn't bother her as much as she thought it was supposed to. Suppose she did have family that she got dragged away from. She was nothing special so how were they expected to remember her in the first place besides her eye color. 'Remember that one dog with the pink eyes' is what she'd be for sure. Sha stuck her tongue out at the thought and returned to look at her reflection in the water.

Still no sign of his family. How was it possible that he hadn't gotten even a whiff of any wolves who could be remotely related to him? Again the Black knight would have to remind himself that he couldn't keep his expectations too high. It was after all only the 3rd day since he'd arrived in this new place. Perhaps it would take some time to track down the family that was rumored to be hanging around here, but Pulsus had time. He only had time and he use his extensive amount of it to trace down the other wolves that were part of his family.

His straying led him to another body of water, though this particular one was much smaller and more contained than the bay he had visited the day before. The water was placid, looking very tranquil in its confinement as he moved along the edge of the lake, crown tilted in the direction of the water, mismatched eyes running over his features. He wasn't anything remarkable to look at it; if anything he was something of a strange sight. Only half of his face, the top portion, was covered in the sooty color that extended down towards his right forelimb, bathing it completely. His tail was covered in the same color, but the rest of him was a ghostly pale white. He wasn't sure where he got his looks from, but he knew they were certainly not normal on a certain level. He didn't really care much, he wasn't a man for looks anyways. As he continued to walk along the edge of the lake at a moderate pace, a scent would touch his nostrils, bringing his gaze away from his reflection while at the same time bringing the giant to a halt. Icy and amethyst gaze would run over the surrounding area, noticing a much smaller figure of brown and black standing close to the lake like he was. It was a strange sight to behold.

It looked nothing like the wolves that he had come across recently, but it was clear that it was from the same canine family. But what was it? And what was it doing in a region that was heavily populated by wolves? His questions would be kept in the confines of his mind as he pushed onwards, sooty tail flicking behind ghostly haunches, not particularly moving towards the canine, but not moving away from it either.

Sha suddenly noticed the wolf, and her pink eyes widened. What was that on his leg? A strange cross marking like those of the odd buildings in her home. Even so she had never seen it on a wolf before, let alone how huge he was and it partly scared her. Yet curious as she was, it drew her to turn to him as he seemed to be wanting to pass by her rather than cause trouble. He looked like he was looking for something however, making the dogs tail flick slightly. "Excuse me, are you looking for someone?" she asked, wondering if he'd confront her or not. The dog loved wolves like they were gods, but still as it stood she wasn't in the best of situations at the moment.
What if he tried to hurt her, he was twice, nearly three times her size for sure. But that had not crossed her mind when she called him so she pulled her ears back the brindle making sure she made herself seem less scary as possible. Sure she was a bit skiddish, but who blamed the dog when she was in a land full of wolves who could easily gobble her up in one bite.
