What did Emer have to say about the hurricane? Well for starters it was truly awful weather, another cruel way for nature to remind her that perhaps she should have never left her home and family. In all her life never had she experienced any storm that bad and she certainly hoped she wouldn't ever have to face it or anything worse again. Fortunately it had died down now, there was still thunder and lightning though it had most certainly eased though the heavens still poured and the clouds remained dark enough that the russet girl wandered sometimes if they would ever see the sun again.
Unfortunately the bad weather wasn't the only thing Emer had to complain about. Whilst she had attempted to stay out of the way in some shelter, eventually hunger had pushed her out to see if she could find anything to eat. Well the hunt certainly hadn't been a good idea, finding no prey her only success was in receiving a horrible cough that had yet to go away. She hadn't realised that the nearby volcano had awoken, truth be told she hadn't seen one before nor gotten close enough to realise it wasn't a normal mountain. Ash however was something she knew wasn't good and unfortunately she had inhaled some. The damage wouldn't be permanent, but for now it was certainly irritating to the girl.
Now she had emerged once more, hoping that this time other animals had gotten the same idea, and of course that she didn't cough too much and scare them off before she got close enough to even try catch a meal. She was attempting to hold one in now though it proved to be a far from beneficial idea, her throat soon giving in and lungs punishing her with a coughing fit.
