THERE ARE TIMES WHEN I WISH I WAS OLDER and I could speak the language of many Arian was excited for what Syren had proposed, and she was ready to ask her mother if she could go. Bounding along, her tail flailing behind her she smiled with a short giggle. Stopping herself in a sudden movement flying snow in front of her with her paws in front. Wagging her tail she stood up. "Mom!" She called, hoping her mother would be around the den. Or nearby at least. At that with any luck her cousin would be with her to back of the statements and take her to Amenti for a bit of training. While she was slightly sad she'd be away from home, she wanted to learn how to fight and teach Syren how to heal some wounds. It'd be exciting, and maybe she would be a of use not to mention it be a story she would come back with and tell with excitement.

The call of a child was something that Epiphron would never ignore. Even the girl who was merely bound by love, rather than blood -- she was as much a child than any of her other children. Quickly she would rise and make her way to Arian, her sweet little girl, who was growing so quickly. A smile would dance across her features, the load on her shoulders lightening considerably as she drew up near to Arian. "What ails you, my sweet girl?" she would ask, leaning to run her tongue along the crown of the girl's head. There were few things Epiphron truly loved -- but her children were on the top of the list.

She had been following her cousin slowly. Her emerald gaze was taking in all the landscape they passed. She made small mental notes of the different areas they had passed as they pushed deeper into pack territory. Her ears flicked as she wondered who exactly was running the pack. Her aunt wasn?t the alpha anymore so then who was? She dismissed the thoughts for the time being and continued towards the den her cousin called home. Her eager voice called out to her mother and she looked as her aunt came towards her daughter call. She had no knowledge that this youth was not a blood relative and even if she was privy to the information she wouldn?t care. Family was family, blood or adopted, and they all belonged to her and her sisters.

She quietly made her way towards the opening for her aunt to see her. She said nothing as her cousin greeted her mother affectionately. Her tail flicked behind her as she waited for her aunt to notice her. She allowed her rump to fall to the ground and curled her tail around her paws. Her left ear pulled backwards, to keep her attention ahead and behind her, as she waited.

Arian gave a short giggle, her tail wagging behind her. As she looked over at Syren happily hopping over to her and running along her side of the other youth. "This is Syren if you don't already know her, she's Syrinx daughter. I was wondering if this coming spring if it's not a big deal that I go visit her in Amenti? She said she could teach me some basic fighting skills and I could teach her some herbs. Plus I'd like to spend time with my cousins." The smart girl commented. Hopefully her mother wouldn't reject, after all it would be an exciting adventure all on its own. They were growing, and as they grew she only wanted to learn more and more and became more enthusiastic about it as she grew older. Hopefully not to be corrupted by the evil in some sort of way.
