New Friendship?

[[Somehow our thread for this got deleted so we're going to continue where we left off.
Basically Destruction was at the barn and looking at it while wondering about Bane when Dragon showed up.]]
Destruction turned her head at the voice, her ears perking up. It was strange to the woman to be approached rather than to be the one to approach. "Yes... It is a bit of a strange thing. But wolves can be seen much in the same light." The dark woman thought of herself and Bane as she said this. Their habits, their ways of thinking, would seem strange to others... but to them it was merely the norm. Destruction shifted her body, gaze sliding over the male as she tried to remember his name. Had she even learned it? "No, I'm afraid we haven't officially met. I believe the last time I saw you was at the last pack meeting." Destruction glanced back to the barn, a frown on her face.
"I'll make sure to remember your name, Dragon. I am Forbidden Destruction, though you may simply call me Destruction or Des." The female looked back at Dragon, her crimson rimmed white eyes holding a look of curiosity. Though she had started making changes in her life, to become a better wolf than what she once was, interacting was still a bit on the strange side for her. At least kind interactions, where she wasn't trying to tear some other wolf limb from limb. "I was wondering, Dragon, if you know what has become of Bane. He has not been around lately... and I'm afraid I don't particularly socialize with much of our pack." Perhaps the brute could shed some light on what Bane had done... and... if possible... where he was living now.

ooc// this first post might be a little tarded because i don't remember what I did last XD
The scarred male chuckled lightly as her response to the strangeness of humans came. He'd step forward to stand a couple feet from her left side, gazing up at the red formation. "In a sense, we are all strange creatures. Humans may have been as strange and as mysterious to us, as I am sure we were to them." He turned to look at her, kindness and friendliness radiating from his red eyes. He had known about the mishap with her only son. And though he knew not how it felt to lose your own child, he knew what it was like to lose your family. As she turned her attention back to the structure, he too looked at it as the birds flew overhead. Today seemed to be a nice calm and serene feeling kind of day. One that was greatly appreciated and welcome to him.
He would nod to her comment on seeing him at the meeting. And to his dismay what she said was true; even he had yet to meet all of his Seracian pack mates. A problem that I must correct soon... his lips pressed tightly together for a moment until the dark she-wolf gave him her name. His right ear tilted towards her, Forbidden Destruction? Who would give their child such a name? He wasn't sure what she thought of it, but he would not ask. He'd glance at her as she did so, offering a smile to her. "It is nice to officially meet you, Miss Destruction." he inclined his head in a manner of respect.
He saw a glint of something in her strange colored eyes, a look that he had seen in Aeil's when they had first met. A look that children often had when they wanted to know things, curiosity was certainly contagious to the world. He'd take a breath after her question, taking a moment or two to think about what she had asked. He knew what became of the elder wolf, it was no secret really among the pack. He had seen Tahlia walking around, all her children in tow and Bane was not there. Finally, he would respond. "I do not wish to bring about unfortunate news, but Bane has been sentenced to exile from Seracia. He had broken our pack code, and King Maverick had passed judgment on him. He was given many chances, and stealing a cub from its mother as well as inflicting harm on the child, even if it was his, was an unforgivable crime as well as his last chance. He ignored our code, and continued to do as he pleased.
He stopped then, glancing back up at the sky as he waited a moment so she could process what he had just said. Although he had no part in that, and although he didn't really know the older male, he couldn't help but feel that what had happened to Bane was the right thing. To be in a pack was to be loyal and respect the rules. Bane had not. And for Dragon, inflicting any kind of harm on a child was unforgivable. He couldn't bring himself to apologize for Bane's continued mistakes.
