Cold.

The word has never been more accurate to Azzor until this very moment. How had he even gotten to this point? Actually... Where in fact was he? The male forced his eyes open against the cruel wind, as he squinted forth to try to establish a better visual. The land was cold, yet it carried a strange beauty to it was well. The strange white cold substance beneath his paws was very prevalent among these parts. Ah, what in the bollocks did the rouge he crossed earlier dub it as?... Snow. Yes that was it, Snow. His silver eyes would flicker downwards as he examined it further. It was a strange substance, one that he never saw back home. Though in his recent experiences, Azzor decided that he wasn't too terribly fond of it either. Nevertheless, it was here, and he had to deal with it. The large structured male tilted his great head skyward, before inhaling once to try and catch a scent of another wolf, prey, -anything-. He felt that he was alone out here, and his suspicions were quickly becoming confirmed. Another thing the male had to consider was the temperature and time of day. He sighed softly, before grumbling to himself.

"I have to get out of this horrid snow."

His words actually weren't that inaccurate. He lifted one of his paws and turned it over as he examined it closely. His paw pads were becoming cracked from the unusually harsh conditions of which he was putting them through. He cast his head to the side in desperation, growling in displeasure of the situation. But alas, what's this? Azzor told a few steps toward one of the nearby mountains, distrusting of his eyes. But his sight proved to be true. Sure enough, there was a small opening in the side of the mountain. Azzor's heart began to race in both the excitement of getting out of the snow as well as finding a sheltered place out of the elements for the night. He would begin a slow trot toward the opening, soon reaching it.

Upon his arrival, he would poke his nose just around the corner, taking a few sniffs as he attempted to pick up the scent of another leaving creature. However, much to his relief, it appeared that this particular cavern was unoccupied, at least to this depth. Cautiously, he would take a few bold steps inside. Due to the sudden transformation of snow white, to pitch black, his eyes were temporarily blinded. His muscles would remain tight and stuff, mentally preparing a flight or fight plan should he encounter any foes. As his eyes slowly adjusted to the darkened state, he would soon find that his initial suspicions were true. The cavern was in fact abandoned. A small sigh of relief hit him as he moved to the back of the cave, moving so that his flank was to the back wall, his head toward the door. He would then lay down, as he mentally prepared to rest. He would rest here physically and mentally, before trying to decide his next move. Before looking for food.

Before finding out where he even was.

He shivered slightly as a wisp of wind passed through his thin layered fur, as the male was left to ponder his thoughts.
