Home Away From Home

ooc//This thread will take place after Tortuga meeting. Assuming Jack will now be a Tortugan.

A yawn left the lips of the young pirate, boredome seemingly etched in today's mood. Jack had come here after the meeting in Tortuga, to his home away from home. He had claimed these lands as his, seemingly as nobody had ever seemed to set foot here and Jack liked it that way. The abundant colors and different species of birds told him that there weren't many hunters here, and so it would be the perfect place for him to build up a home and his own life when he was not busy with Tortugan life. Indeed, he would take the day to travel all the way to this island, swimming the chain of smaller islands until he would reach this one. He wondered if that was the reason others seldom came here...the waters were treacherous if you weren't a strong swimmer, and one would be stranded here should a storm hit and would have to wait till it was over. Luckily, there was an abundance of food here, and some species that weren't even on the mainlands. A smirk would play out on his face as he stretched out to take a nap...waiting for some sort of anything to happen.
