Activity Check System Update!

It has come to our attention that our current method of checking activity is confusing and difficult. To remedy this we have come up with a new system that we hope will suit everyone's needs. The new system works like this:

In January, April, July, and October, we will hold randomly dated activity checks. Everyone will have to check in with their characters and in order to remain 'active', each character must have a minimum of ten posts since the last check. If a character does not have ten posts, it will be placed inactive and the player will receive a two-week probation. If multiple characters go inactive, the player will receive a two-week probation per character that is deemed inactive.

In the event of expansive absences that would prevent a player from actively making 10 posts per character, you will have the opportunity to explain any absences in the activity check form itself.

Characters you wish to drop must be named in the check so that we know not to include them in the ten-post requirement. You will not receive probation for dropping characters, probation is only for inactive characters.
