Set Fire To The Rain
The wind rushed through her fur as she ran across the lands, her destination not set as she simply searched for a place to release the pent up energy. The young femme's sharp gaze watched the land rush by her in a blur, her sole focus on finding someone to show her what the wolves here could do. As the bifrost was left far behind her, she would not look back. That life was behind her now, the life of being unrecognized for her full potential would be left in the dust. She hated her birth pack, they were a bunch of old fools who refused to let the young start a new reign, so she had spoken out and was marked as a rebel, thus cast out and exiled. She was surprised it had taken this long, but at least now she was free. With her heart pounding in her ears, she hadn't realize she had made her way to a place where others gathered to duke it out. As soon as she heard the distant snarls of others in a brawl, she lid to a halt, legs spread as her claws dug into the dirt to stop herself. Before she fully stopped, her head fell back as she called out to the creatures of the world. Show me what you got!
He spent much time here in the battlefield. He was determined to become stronger - by any means necessary. He heard another call from one who desired to spar, one who wished to become stronger - like him. He would obey the call and come fourth, paws sweeping the earth swiftly thanks to his girth, swallowing up the land beneath him until he came face to face with the one who had called out for him. The young red and white female was easy to spot, his ruby eyes washed over her more dainty features before spreading his maw to speak. You have the first move. His tone was a matter of fact - although he had no thirst for blood today, he would not be kind and gentle neither.
The fur on his back rose as his hackles took their place in a defensive position, protecting his neck as he lowered his head to protect the tender flesh further. His tail lowered just enough to protect his testicles and ready to quickly defend his underbelly. He could hear the distant growls and fights of others, but they would not distract him. He was aware that the ground was sharp with many stones, he could be certain to watch his footing for the larger, sharper ones who would slice through even his most callous ridden paws.

Simultaneously she would set her own. Delicate ears pinned atop her crown, hackles bristling along her spine, silver eyed narrowed to slits as her brows furrowed to protect her precious sight. Her chin tucked over her throat as her head and tail fell to align with her spine, her appendage flagging out to act as a rudder. Her knees would bend, lowering her center of gravity as toes splayed into the dirt. Lastly, shoulders rolled forward to protect the sides of her neck, drawing her scruff to bunch and roll the fatty layers for added protection.
Taking a deep breath to steady her breathing, she could feel the pounding of her heart as it slowly began to quicken over the prospect of her first fight in these strange lands. Without waiting another moment, Sai bunched her muscles and launched towards the male. She would lean towards her left(Vens right) by about two quick sidesteps, aiming to close the distance between them as she sought to thrust the bony part of her right shoulder into the right side of his chest where the softer part of his right shoulder was held in place. She aimed to bruise him, maybe even make him stumble so she could get the upper hands. Simultaneously, her jaws tilted to the right and upwards, aiming to place a bite upon the male's upper chest between his windpipe and sternum. Should she succeed, she wished to hold on as tightly as she could and not let go.

Round 1/2?

As he waited for her to move, he remained still. He shifted his weight on his feet in order to focus is center of gravity - which proved to be the right move when she came in rushing toward him. Hind legs quickly coiled just enough to propel him forward, into her thrust and used his weight against her lighter frame. He had the larger mass after all. He aimed to make the collision hurt, to use her speed and attack against her by thrusting his right shoulder into her attack. Granted he would bruise, but his larger mass and weight should give him the upper hand.
With his ears still pinned down to reduce any chance of them tearing, even if she seemed to have no intent on maiming for the time being, he shifted his weight after the collision to remain firmly on his toes. Sliding his right foot out just enough to keep him up, which had also gave him enough room to push out with momentum on that same foot. Pushing on his right foot, he went in as if he was hoping from one foot to the other, again just using his weight more than anything, while swinging his head in the same direction he was going in - to his left.
Lowering his head, he aimed to hit her left side of the head. Squinting his eyes to prevent damage to them, he even crinkled his nose to create as much barrier for them as possible. The attack was to daze her, hit her hard enough on the temple - possibly end his fight quickly without injuring her too much and causing a fuss to whatever pack she may belong to. Although she didn't seem to hold the scent of a pack, he was certain she may have loved ones who would avenge any injuries...
For the time being, he had to fly just under the radar. This wasn't the time to cause much ruckus. Not yet anyways.
