This wasn't right, things kept moving around and being remarked. Sonticus had been split, Amachi leaving with a few others to follow the blood stained man south with the leader. And once they reached the desired lands, they went their separate ways. A pack arose with the strange man, calling it Hellstrom and marking territory for themselves. But even then, the borders shifted, moving to a new spot once more. Did he not know what he was doing? Was he playing a game with the wolves to see if they would really follow him?

Anaeia growled to herself, ears swinging out as she moved through the sands. She had to get out of that den, afraid her raging thoughts would cause her to lash out at her mother, that she would drown in them. So her paws would carry the yearling towards the center of the oasis, body held low as if she was expecting somebody to step out into her path. Demeanor showed signs of agitation, fur along her nape bristled, tail end lashing and steps swift. Coming to the water she would finally come to a sudden stop, head lowering and tongue lapping at the cool, fresh water.

Liar had made his due's here. Leaving Number to wander where he please, it left Liar all by himself. Something he was long used to, not that it bothered the male too much. He was right near the edge of the waters, watching his reflection in the crystalline pools. His lime green eyes shining as his ears twitched when he heard someone. His jaw raised, and what he caught was Ana. The young girl he had led home before. He remembered that she seemed to have taken a liking to him at the meeting as well. He was not very in tune with others emotions, but he knew when there was a sense of obsession or perhaps even like.

Liar wouldn't say a word at first, his tail just thumped against the sand. As he then made a small huff, he would raise to his paws standing on the other side of the oasis. Liar would suddenly enter the water. Wading through it, the middle only reached up to his chest. Stopping when it was at his ankles again a few feet away from Anaeia. "Anaeia." he greeted simply.

Ear flicked up at a soft thump, head following enough to where her gaze could look ahead and see what it was. What the girl would find was one of the pack wolves, the strange marked one who had helped her back home in the old lands and was at the pack meeting. There was something about him since their first run in, an urge within herself tat drew her towards him. Perhaps it was because he looked different, the way he carried himself. Whatever it was, the young girl couldn't peel her eyes away once they locked onto their target.

She stood in silence, watching as he rose then strode through the water, just reaching his chest at its deepest part. It lowered once more to his ankles before he spoke, stopping a few feet ahead of her but remaining within the waters. Anaeia didn't respond in that moment, an unreadable expression upon her face as she just stared at him as if in a daze. "Liar." Her voice was no more than a whisper as she spoke his name, able to recall it from their first meeting. Only names spoken, but it felt like there was something only they could understand, little little to no words spoken to understand.

Oddly enough it would seem they had been fated to run into each other again. Liar's interest was in much more of her age. From what he gathered she had no father. He would have begged the heavens to give him no father. His mother was but a distant memory, and the only reason he didn't remember her was because his father killed her. Scared in the mind, he was beaten and abused if he didn't make the right choice. Creating the ultimate monster, and yet at the same time he made due with himself in other ways. As he searched quickly, Amachi was not around with her child once more. It meant she was busy, he couldn't quiet judge her on parenting. After all, he had past children resulting in devious orders from his father.

"Do you want to be strong Ana?" he asked simply. Looking down at her. If he liked her, he didn't want her running around without being able to defend herself. Yes, he believed he could protect her, but for the moments he was not around. There was no use making a wolf weak simply because of one thought. Sometimes a sacrifice had to be made. The weak were at risk, so they worked hard to get to the top. If no one was teaching Ana how to fight. He would.

His gaze shifting around would cause the girl's ear to flick to the side, holding her breath for a moment to listen to the sands around them. Was he looking for her mother? The woman was busy impressing their leader, not much time being spent with her child besides their naps or when night came. There was a bit of the girl that wished the large woman would be around more, put her attention into Anaeia rather than other wolves since it was HER mother after all. Things were fine though, she wasn't being taken away just yet, the girl still has time.

"Do you want to be strong Ana?" Topaz and golden orbs stared deeply into green, hardening, narrowing at the question. It was not a thought of hers, to become powerful. Just look at the fight training that had been called back when she was part of Sonticus, all she could do was swat at that scarred woman. But perhaps, she wanted some kind of strength when she really thought about it. "To get what I want?" She questioned back, a small tilt of her head being made. If she had to become strong in order to get and keep HER things, then yes.
