The man had spent several hours tracking a deer, and when it seemed he was getting close to his prey of choice the weather would finaly shift and begin to down poor. He had known the dark sky meant some kind of storm was coming when he left the den this morning, Ravine had just hoped it would hold off till he found his prize. Sadly it hadnt.

The rain would only serve to wash away the scent he had been following and to soak his fur. The harder it rained the more frustrated the half Russian male would get. Eventually he would give up and take patial cover under one of the willows.

Zisa's ears pinned against her head as it began to rain, drops of the water hitting her head as she made her way towards something that would hopefully give her shelter. She didn't want to be out here if it rained even harder. The smaller female was looking for something as well. Namely, her family, including her mate. Well, if she found him the two would officially kinda become mates, right? Since they were both two years old now- Focus! Zisa shook her head, a little annoyed with how she had gotten distracted so easily. She had to find them, all of them.

An annoyed growl left Zisa as it began to rain harder, her violet eyes narrowed as she spotted a tree that would shelter her pretty well. The tiny female's pace quickened as she made her way to the tree, only to see a wolf already over there. Zisa stopped, standing awkwardly in the rain. Should....Should she go find shelter somewhere else?

Ravine would shake free what water he could from his thick pelt, though it was pointless. He was dremched and the tree was dripping on him. A small growl would leave him as he glared up into the leaves. Quietly he would wonder if Akemi and Tiny were safe and dry or if they too were out here in the cool spring rain. Hell for a moment he would even wonder if his step children were out in this rain. He'd never met Shiki and he only met Zisa once, hell he and Einarr werent exactly buddies, but he still cared about them. Still worried about them.

Aqua eyes would close as a drop off the leaved landed on his forhead as if the tree were telling him to quit complaining. With that he would lower his head and shake it at himself as he chuckled at himslef for growling at an inanimate object. Winter had been stressful for everyone he cared for and now he was taking it out, in the middle of spring, on a tree of all things. Maybe it was because he figured it was one of the only arguments that wouldnt result in getting himself attacked.

When he did finally look up and open his eyea again, the man would freez and tence for a moment. He hadnt heard the girl coming he hadnt caught her scent either. Seeing her had startled him. His first instinct was to growl at her for sneaking up on him but then he was sure he had seen her somewere before. The man couldn't recall were but she was definitely familiar....something about her reminded him of Akemi and her daughter. It was her size and coat color that struck his memory and caused him to speak. "This tree is big enough for both of us. I wont make you find something else for shelter."
