She knew her dad would be upset when she saw him. She had gone off wandering on her own, even though she wasn't really supposed to, and ended up lost. She had been totally fine, but now that she had finally made it back home she wasn't looking forward to explaining to her parents where she had been all this time. But, first things first, she was looking for her brother. She had a few cuts from when she tripped and fell into some thorn bushes on her adventure but she was sure she was totally fine. I mean they barely even hurt most of the time. Except for the one on her nose. That one kind of stung, especially when she ate. But she was fine... she thought. Buuuuuut just to be sure, she wanted Starling to look at them before she went to find their parents. Juuuuuust in case. "Star!" she called in her naturally trilling, cheerful voice as she trotted through the thicket. "Star, are you out here?!" she was pretty sure she smelled his scent out here, but she wasn't sure how new it was so she figured it'd be easier to yell and see if he heard her.
