change to alpha activity check

Concerning a recent change in the rules for alpha activity check:
Activity checks are done Mondays around 9:00 pm Alacritis time (PST) however all alpha activity must be edited into the alpha activity thread by 6:00 pm Alacritis time or will not be counted.
This will include this week's alpha check so please be sure to have your alpha activity edited into the alpha activity thread by 6:00 pm Alacritis time on Monday.
