Freedom!
A grin split across his face as he took off from the den in a hurry. He didn't plan on going far, he'd heard all about Dragon's grounding for leaving Imperium, but there were three territories he could explore. With so much area to cover he was sure there'd be plenty to keep himself entertained. There was that weird building on the range, the orchard ripe with fruit, and the bison to go and stare at from a distance. He'd already been warned to be on his guard around them, apparently they were really dangerous, but just looking at them couldn't hurt. Right?
He was already on his way to find something to do when an idea struck his mind. He hadn't really gotten to play with any of his siblings since he'd been sick so why not bring one of them along? He didn't really feel like getting into trouble so Dragon was a bad idea. Gryphon was a bad idea since he too hadn't been feeling too well either (or so he'd been told) so that left Lykos. Lykos was in good health and would make the best candidate for going on an adventure. Well... assuming Lykos would want to. He could only hope. Company would always be better than playing by himself. Maybe his brother could even fill him in on things he'd missed while he was sick.
So he paused his running, coming to a skidding halt as he threw back his head and let out a howl for his larger brother.

Oooh? What was that? Ears swiveling, Lykos' head whipped around to stare in the direction of the call. His brother, calling for him? What? That was a first. He'd been sick for a long time, it was why Lykos was no longer sleeping in the family den, so he didn't get sick. Did this mean that Kharnage was finally not sick? Lykos set off in a gentle lope, not really hurrying; why should he worry? If it was Mercy, that was one thing, but his siblings? Nahhh, no point in rushing.
It didn't take long to reach his smaller brother, and slowly his tail swung behind him. Kharnage indeed looked a lot better, and he was definitely away from the den. That was good. "Kharnage," he greeted evenly, though his wagging tail and the slight smile on his face gave away his happiness at seeing the other.

Kharnage felt like he was going to explode from excitement. It felt so nice to be outside. He was finally free and he certainly was going to be enjoying whatever time he could away from that den. He didn't want to be cooped up inside anymore. Now the greatest question was, what did he want to do first? Everything was his first thought but that was a bit too vague. That's why he'd settled for hanging out with one of his siblings. Lykos would surely fill him in if he'd missed anything, or so he hoped, assuming he'd come. Ears flicked towards his larger brother's direction as the male came over to him. Kharnage hadn't been left waiting long, though it had felt like forever, and a grin pulled easily across his face. "Kharnage." If not for the wagging tail and slight smile on the other's face he might have thought that Lykos wasn't too happy to see him but his body gave him away. "Lykos." He tried imitating his brother's tone, a joking manner really, but his eagerness wouldn't allow him. "Mom's actually let me leave the den now that I'm not sick anymore. Wanna do something?"
