It was cold, but Medusa didn?t entirely mind. The siren was used to all sorts of conditions, from deserts to tundras and everywhere in between. She was adaptable, capable of making what she could out of any situation. Long limbs carried her into woodlands, where the biting winds were broken by the interference of the vegetation. Shaking out her pelt, the midnight-colored woman looked up at the sky. It was growing late, and she would need to find shelter soon. Ludicael was not likely within distance; she?d have to travel too far before nightfall. Reluctantly and numbly she searched, bi-colored eyes focused upon her surroundings. She paid little mind to anything else in the forest, aside from what was in front of her. Even after her assault the harlot was not the sort to walk as if she were on eggshells; she feared little in this world,
There was a hollowed out tree nearby, and she moved towards it, peering inside as she searched for signs of habitation. "Hello?" she called out, joking to herself. How cheesy would it be if somebody were to answer her. The den wasn?t the most glamorous or comfortable looking, but the wicked woman supposed that it would do.

She had been wandering further and further from the lands she had once called home, from the alpha she had once called her friend. Everything had flipped, switched and changed since the birth of Newt's children and it had thrown the black bitch into a bit of a downward spiral. So she walked, further and further north not really caring where she was going as she was unable to take in the sights anymore. Some days she missed her sight, missed being able to properly care for herself, to see the where she was going and to see the faces of her friends. But then again it was an advantage of sorts. Darcia had trained her to fight using just her ears, had always told her that her sight was a disability sometimes. Maybe she knew that she would one day go blind like her mother had. But where as before when her eyes had been white due to genetics and everyone had assumed her to be blind she could no longer laugh at them when they realized that she was in fact sighted. Ah well, fighting hadn't gotten terribly harder since the loss of her vision, simply more bloody. She had been forced to keep her last opponent close, allowing him to latch onto her so she could try and break his legs. Instead she had simply ripped all the skin off one of his forelegs...

A cackle rippled up her throat and she grinned, scarred features contorting into a more malicious expression. Shoulder rolled back as head lifted as torn and frayed ears pricked. Had she just heard someone say hello? Or was it simply her mind playing tricks on her once more? Well if no one was here then there was no one to hear her answer her own mind right? "Hello?" she called back, voice a low rumble.

The cackle that sounded through the lands made her turn, initially startled but not letting it show. Bi-colored eyes landed upon a scarred woman with black fur and white eyes, a warrior it would seem. Or maybe an unfortunate blind woman, but the serpent didn?t mind. Company was company after all, and the midnight-colored girl was pleased to receive a response. "Are you here to keep me warm on a cold night, my dear? Or am I the one supposed to keep you warm?" she inquired. It was a bold introduction, but she cared little for the subtleties of life. She was bold when she wanted to be, and she could wield subtlety like a knife when it was necessary.
"What brings you here?" she asked, cooing the words, spewing them as if the stranger before her was the most interesting specimen in the world. For now it was true; the serpent craved attention, and the best way to receive was to give.

So there was someone here? Massive, scarred head turned so blind eyes would fall upon the lithe female. She was pretty... They always were when they spoke the way this female did. Thoughts of Brina came rushing back and the smallest of smiles pulled up the corner of her torn, scarred lips. If she was anything like the white female then Zara had no doubt that she would enjoy this meeting. Massive form followed her skull, turning to face the female, head tipping curiously. "Cold nights? Darlin, you've never been that far north have you?" came a purr, voice a low rumble but still managing to hold a seductive tinge as one paw was lifted and placed closer to the female. It was almost like a question, did this female want her to come closer? Muscles rippled beneath thick coat like a shiver, only evident where fur had been stripped from flesh. It had been some time since she had enjoyed the company of a woman, or anyone for that matter, but the massive woman had never cared much for the flesh of men unless it was between her jaws.

Why was she here? Whether the invitation to join her was accepted or not the beast slid closer, smile sliding into place over her features easily as blind eyes seemed to lock onto the female. "A change of scenery I suppose. I missed the chill of the north and my pack is terribly boring" she said with a dramatic sigh before sitting a short distance from the female. "And what brings a lovely lady such as yourself to these dark corners of Alacritis?" she purred easily.

A smile. Perhaps this meeting would prove less a teasing session, as she had initially expected. The midnight mistress crept closer, not too close as to prove a threat, but taking a step to closer their proximity. She would stop before she pressed the button, stopping before she could be considered a threat in any capacity. "Perhaps not. Maybe I was too active to notice the cold," she crooned. Medusa was more of a summer peach, more tolerant of warm weathers and extreme heat, but she could withstand the cold for a bit. She moved a bit closer, waiting to see if the scarred woman would attempt to draw closer as well before she would allow herself to do so.
The woman explained her motives for coming, and the serpent nodded her head, despite the fact that this woman would be unable to see the motion. ?Ah. I would love to entertain you, if you wish, cherie ," she said, a seductive phrase meant to entice. The woman was close now, sitting in a position that Medusa found not quite close enough. She wanted to feel the rough scars, to know how this amazon felt against her own skin. And yet she was patient, contained. ?I, too, was bored of my pack. I do not know these lands, but my legs decided to carry me here. Maybe the fates saw it fit to bring us together," she said sarcastically, for she did not believe in such things as ?fate?. ?It was worth it," she complimented. This woman was interesting, certainly, and was far easier to deal with than the serpent?s uncertain heart regarding her vixen.
