The cry of your bones
Liar opened his beady little green eyes, he had just come back from a small expedition so he expected at least one of his kids would be around. In which he shifted under the coolness of the earth. There was also no sign of their mother nor sister either.

The near-yearling had been feeling a bit off as of late, it was a bittersweet feeling leaving Ivalice but he knew their decision to leave would ultimately make the path for his dreams. He just hoped Avalon did not feel as though they'd used her, he knew he learned a lot from the woman and despite his roaming he respected her. The talk with his father a few weeks ago left him with many ideas, questions, and understanding on the man he wished to become. He didn't want to be a ruthless man, but a compassionate one.. one that was quite opposite of the way his father had been in his youth. He believed that would make his father proud, as it seemed Liar held a great deal of regret in his heart for his actions.
These were heavy thoughts for a teenager, but Vadim was focused more than anything else. His ravenous hunger would never change, and he suspected that the reigns his emotions held on his actions would only get tighter as he matured.. but he would do his best to fighting their insistent pulling on his direction. He had to remain level-headed, if he could. He was unsure, but perhaps another talk with his father would help him clear his mind. It surely worked wonders last time. His father's scent had faded a few days ago, leaving Vadim to believe he was out of the territory but it did not go unnoticed when his scent became strong again around the mines. The youth would trot in a way that made his gluttonous gut sway a bit with every step; now that he had been following the rules, it left him less active than before.. and his hunger remained the same. He was putting back on the weight he'd lost in his growth spurt, but the sense of pride that radiated from the boy did not seem to be effected in the slighted by that.
"Is there anything youd like to talk about. With how much yuki is falling you must be cold." The snow had taken a toll on the lands. Liar assumed because of the heat the south had packed much recently. The weather was a force and it meant less food for the lot of them. All of them would be required to hunt as loners.
