Just like that his world had righted itself. Regulus was back as well as Kavdaya. He hadn't heard word of how their trip to the nomads had gone, but for now he was okay not knowing. He was just pleased that his kids' mother was home. Their life would no longer be spent wondering when their mother was coming home or if she'd be gone forever. They needed a female figure in their life and to be honest he'd had a hell of a time keeping them all in line. Fable was a handful by himself, but five of them was a bit much. He was grateful she'd be around to help train them. There was only so much he could teach them. Then there was the fact two of the kids were sick. Glory had gotten better under Kavdaya's care, but Exodus had managed to contract whatever Glory had. He hadn't been much help trying to make Glory feel better. He didn't have a knowledge of herbs like his mate - all he'd been able to do was hunt for her and care for her the best he could. It was late morning by the time he returned to the den with a hare in his mouth. It was skinny but it would do for now. He paid it in the den for Kavdaya before he padded over to his daughter. "Glory, ye awake?" He asked before trying to nudge her. He didn't want to bring her outside if she still felt tired, but she'd missed a lot of training and family time. He didn't want to neglect her. Glory was only half awake by the time her father came over to her. She shifted a little, letting out a light yawn before opening her eyes to look up at her father. “Mornin’ Da..” She said softly. She got to her paws, mindful not to stir Exodus from his slumber. She felt badly that he’d gotten sicken because of her… and had a habit of snuggling up to him at night to try and make him warm so he’d feel better sooner.
“Is he gonna feel better soon, Da? I dun like how ‘xodus is sickly now.” The child wore a large from, snuggling up to her father’s chest before letting out a little sigh. She didn’t like knowing her family wasn’t doing well… they all had to be better, they had to! So they could have fun and run around together like they should.

Creed glanced towards Exodus for a split second. It was bad enough Glory had gotten sick, but now Exodus had gotten sick as well. The fact he was so useless with herbs pained him - he couldn't do much to make either of them feel better. His eyes shifted back to his only daughter and he offered her a soft grin as she yawned and greeted him. She looked better than she had before which was good. Now he only had to get Exodus feeling better and everything would be back to normal. He needed everything to go back to the way they were. Creed nuzzled her head softly as she snuggled into his thickly fur chest. He let out a soft sigh and teal eyes glanced towards her brother again as she asked if he was going to feel better soon. She'd gotten better at least which meant Exodus had good fighting chances as well. He just needed sleep and maybe some herbs to help along the way. "Ah'm sure he'll be fine. He jus' needs sleep and he'll get better jus' like ye did." Walk, "Talk" Think |
