FEAR NO EVIL

It was hot. Baking sun heated the herald's bones. Harsh panting made up much of the noise within the oasis, as he sat directly beneath the rays of the sun. Something scuttled nearby, and his ears swivelled towards the source. Something small, perhaps a rodent. Where he was resting in the sand beside the water, he was too comfortable to bother moving. His brothers were nowhere to be found, and he had been scavenging rotting carcasses for too long.

The encounter with Samael had shaken him. If Father found out that he had communed with a Fallen one, he would be banished. The thought made him rise to his feet, anxious energy pulling his lips taut over his teeth. Tail whipping to and fro nervously, he stepped into the water. How many times would he need to bathe before he felt safe? The water was blessedly cool, and he dunked his head beneath the waves to cleanse himself. No manner of bath would ever change his desires, though. That was one thing he would always have to feel shame over.

"Gabriel," he murmured to himself, scenting the air. "being stagnant will help nothing, you must make Father proud."

Heather had been a bit conterproductive she hated to admit. With more members filling their ranks she couldn't afford to be lazy either. Yet, she had felt a tug at her heart of some sort. Sometimes she just got this way. In order to try and correct her head she took a short trip. To the west it seems she went, everyone would be fine back at the pack. As her paws came to a hault - her eyes noticed someone dunking themselves in the water. Her eyes squinted, she did suppose it was a bit hot, then again she was used to the warm weather and it was only spring. She was lucky her heat didn't bother her, she'd heard a lot of stories out there.

Carefully Heather decided she would approach the stranger. "The water cooling you down? If you travel further north it gets colder." unless he lived here and knew that. Heather didn't know, she slightly scolded herself for assuming. Regardless she smiled and appeared happy like she usually did. Falling into her old habits again.

"Talk"

Leo as Heather's father is free to crash her threads as he see's fit. Lionel as her close brother is also allowed to do the same.
Heather has boderline personality disorder in the event of extreme stress she can become aggressive and gloomy with no filter but will have no memory of these episodes after.

FEAR NO EVIL

The shifting of the sand made very little noise as another would approach. Hackles would stir, audits swivelling to capture the sounds of a stranger. The herald was quite good at sensing the presence of others. His suspicions were confirmed when a soft, feminine voice rang out. "The water cooling you down? If you travel further north it gets colder." She said, and the golden male arranged his feet beneath himself. Rising from the waves, he plodded to shore slowly. Gauging by the way the water slowly slunk down his limbs, he knew he was going the right way.

"That it is, miss. Of course, that is simply a happy coincidence. My intention was to cleanse the sins from my mortal vessel." He rumbled, a tiny and awkward smile toying at his lips. Many found him strange for his ways, but it was how he was raised to conduct himself. "I will make note of that though, I feel I may fare better further north." He added, pupilless sea foam gaze focusing upon something just over her shoulder. She smelled of many other wolves, a pack. She also bore the aroma of greenery, which was sorely lacking in this area. Not a local, evidently. The lingering musk of oestrus also clung to her pelt, which enticed him marginally, as a bitch in heat should.

"Apologies, miss. My name is Gabriel Morningstar." He offered, dipping his head politely to her. A small, friendly wag of his tail was meant to illustrate that he meant no harm. "If I may be so bold as to ask, what would a lady such as yourself be doing so far from the safety and comforts of her pack?" he questioned softly, brow quirking just so. Despite not knowing the intent or meaning behind facial expressions, some things were simply ingrained in the DNA.

Ok so stalking his blind brother may not be the best thing he could do but honestly he just wanted to find him and figure out why his brother stuck around Abba as he did. Perhaps Abba was secretly screwing Gabe? Tho that was absurd to even think as abba was to high on his pedestal to think of such things. Gabe's scent was easy to find and he was tracking it down. He moved slowly and silently. He had already found Leviathan and now he was on a new quest. Stalk Gabriel to the ends of the earth because talking to him would do no good but Sam would wait however long it took.

Sam was determined. That determination drove him. He padded on until he could see the golden herald in the distance. He paused seeing the spotted woman with him. A pang of what could only be jealousy stabbed at him. He glanced around and once he found a rock he could perch on he moved. He was within earshot but stayed downwind after the initial spotting. Likely his brother would know he was there but he would take the distance likely as Sam just checking up on him. Sam was like that. He was a sweetheart deep down and Gabe knew this. He couldn't hide one thing in his scent though, his jealousy and even arousal.

He leaped up onto the rock and layed down where he could watch. He was quiet and calm as he could be. Of course he was excited to have finally tracked down his brother. This was the only one he could potentially trust. Michael would destroy him and the others likely as well. There was a sadness that came with this knowledge though. He watched and perked his ears to listen. He knew the woman already and likely she was no threat to either men.

Walk, "Gabriel speaks", "Samael speaks", Think

Ooc: Sam can be skipped as he's just stalking Gabe, also setting this after all his current threads for my ease of writing purposes.

As his brother and current stalking interest Gabriel is allowed in any of his threads regardless of tags. Also as the father of Leviathan, Sathanus, and Mammon Sam is allowed to pop into any of their threads as he sees fits regardless of how they are marked.
