Sing with the tide!

After her time alone with Frost, they had parted ways and some time later she heard his howl for a hunt. Star knew that could mean potential injuries, and they would need things to help with that. Lifting her own voice, Stardust called for young Kairi. They would be gathering the necessary supplies for when the pack returned. She fully anticipated a few to come back with some kind of scrape or bump, hoping they were not more serious than that. She sat atop her den, next to the willow by the pond. Frogs and insects made their voices known, heralding spring along with distant bird songs. She couldn't believe she had come to her fifth spring. There were helpful herbs and blooms that would be growing by now, and she would need to teach Kairi about them and gather them. She wasn't one to be unprepared, and she usually had dry-stores within her den. Waiting, she pondered over what would be most helpful to the pack. Considering the hunt, she would focus on plants that helped staunch blood flow and ease the pain from any wounds that were sustained. It might not be a bad idea to gather the straightest sticks and some vines as well. Maybe she and Kairi could figure out how to make a splint!

The girl had no idea what she wanted to do in life. So far, all she could think of was to go off exploring and have fun in the process! As she wandered the pack lands, a howl would call her attention and the young girl quickly wandered towards it. She spotted Stardust nearby and headed over, a huge smile plastered to her face. Bi-colored gaze seemed to gleam with excitement as she neared the older femme, tail wagging a mile a minute. "Hiya Miss Star! Watcha doin' today?" She stood there, legs spread as if she were ready to play, the girls enthusiasm and happy-go-lucky attitude always there. She couldn't name a time she wasn't happy or smiling, there was nothing for her to be sad or mad about as far as she could recall, and she never seemed bothered or worried about anything so far. Life was great, and she didn't want it any other way. Walk, "Talk" Think |
