She had moved from the den early today, leaving the warm side of her sleeping mother and moving into the dim light of the rising sun. Once a slight distance from the entrance of the den she paused to stretch out her long and lean form. It was hard to believe that she was now a full year old, though she was nearly full grown and her features were showing it. She no longer had that fluffy puppy look and was now slender and graceful to show that she was almost a full grown adult. Her body was smaller then Ty's, in fact there was a clear difference in size between the two. She was built to be a fast hunter and her brother, well he was more brute force.

Shaking herself out the young women then hopped into a lope, gold eyes taking in her surroundings and her black nose twitching. Taking in the scents around her she moved forward with ease her body alert and looking for potential breakfast. The meeting had been long past and the young women had done her best to suppress her emotions from it. No body was sure what would happen to Abaven, especially since one of Bass' daughters had accepted to take over. Things hadn't changed anymore, which was nice, but their numbers were vary low. No one knew what was going to happen from here, but she didn't care to worry about it. She had to worry about one day at a time.

She had traveled a good distance from the den before she lowered her head to the ground and began searching for a fresh trail to fallow, in hopes that it would lead her to breakfast.

It was her aimlessly wandering the pack grounds that led her to Corentine, and Vali approached the young woman with hopes that her company would be accepted. Things were precarious and iffy, she knew, and she wasn't sure how all would react to her now. Some had left in anger, believing Bass to never come back. Others, disappointment. She hoped that Corentine was not too bitter.

"Corentine," she greeted quietly, keeping her voice low and soft as to not startle the other, though she highly doubted she would. She seemed intent on trying to find a scent trail, by the looks of her nose on the ground, so her approach was probably long scented. "Mind if I join you?" She could use a small meal, and she wanted to use this time to really get to know the young yearling that lived in Abaven, bereft of three of her siblings.
