Hailey yawned as she tried to sun herself. The cold weather made that hard, the west even worst. After all during the night hours it hit freezing temperatures and that seemed to be the case as it was getting around. The owl that was roosted on her back was enjoying it very much, her feathers fluffed and slumbering soundly. Hailey for a while just had been lost - Lirim almost hadn't felt like home. Yet she knew Faite would return someday, Hailey's absense at the last meeting she certainly hoped wouldn't get her kicked. As far as she was aware Rory was the current alpha in power perhaps she should get to talking to him. As she stretched her limbs she sighed, and put a smile on her face. She couldn't exactly break her chipper tone, now was not the time to do such a thing. As she stood to her paws Shiva jerked awake for a moment. The owl clicked her beak and Hailey laughed, a little sad that she'd woken her companion up. Shiva didn't seem mind too badly, as she settled back down in almost an instant. Hailey looked forward and took in a deep breath of the cold morning air. "Talk"

Out of all the faces he'd seen at the meeting there had still been a few absent. Other than the obvious (his mother and cousins), Hailey had been one he'd noticed. His mother had accepted her and he knew she was a healer, but past that he knew basically nothing about her. It was something that bothered him - he knew it would be necessary to get to now all the members, so maybe he could track her down? He knew he also needed to speak with Rin at some point, but that could wait until later.

He didn't have to look long before he picked up on her scent. He followed it for a while and eventually he found the woman. She seemed relaxed for the most part and for a moment Rory felt bad for intruding. That guilty feeling washed away as he spotted the owl sitting on her and a brief child-like feeling of wonder filled him.

"You have a beautiful companion." He blurted out with a smile.

"Speech"
