A pure white she wolf climbed from the water like a snake, slick with freezing ocean water that made her pelt cling to her lean frame. She had spent much time paddling from tiny island to tiny island to reach this one, a larger one with a strange forest and interesting birds. The warm sand felt like silk to her sore pads, and she let out a sigh of contempt. The seawater would dry within her pelt, making it sticky, if she didn't find a stream of sorts to wash it off. Salt water was not good to swallow, it often made animals sick. So the ivory dame began walking, long legs trotting a fast, easy gait. Soon she was engulfed by the cool, shady forest. She found a stream, just deep enough for her to be able to clean herself off if she rolled in the water.

She lowered herself into the rocky bed, rubbing her body against the water smoothed stones. The cool aqua was heaven on her swimming-sore muscles, and the snowy temptress made a quiet sound of happiness that could have sounded like purr if she had been a cat, but sounded more like a breathy growl. She stepped out of the water, fur dripping with water, and plopped tiredly down on a large bed of ferns. Exhaustion clawed at he mind and her body, so she saw no harm in giving in. Her eerie silver eyes closed slowly, shutting out the sights of the island, leaving only the sounds, the feelings, the scents. She heard the songs of strange, interesting birds, the rustling of plants. Felt nothing but her waterlogged coat and the cool ferns beneath her. She smelled the heat of the day on the forest, the faint odor of tiny animals somewhere around her. She was lulled to sleep by the babbling brook, the faint lapping of waves on the shore, picked up by her hyper-sensitive ears.

Her dreams, how the horror would damage a normal wolf, one who had never seen the things she had. They were filled with blood, screams, the looks on her family's faces as they died, the looks on the faces of her victims as she murdered them with a smile on her beautiful face.

It was dark, so dark. There was light ahead finally, her legs were tired from running. She broke into a snowy place, a blizzard raging around her. Howls, familiar ones, filled her ears. Her mom, her dad, her brother and sister. She was going to finally see them, to tell them of the wonderful home she had found for them. She followed their calls, but could not find them. "Ma? Da?" She cried, a whine escaping. Suddenly, there was a scream, blood. It splattered the pristine snow before her, and her father dropped like a stone. His eyes were wide, face frozen in a snarl. Blood dripped from his broken throat, and Aurora was paralyzed. "D-D-Da?" She stuttered, tears streaking her cheeks. His yellow eyes were hollow, empty. Then, blackness. It was dark again, the horrid snowy place gone. Then there was light, faint, all around her. A few paces before her, stood her family. She yipped with glee, rushing to them, but there was a shuddering in the light, a flickering in and out. She looked again. Her mother was a skeleton, jaw gaping wide as it hung from her skull. Her father was missing fur in places, his throat ripped open, golden eyes milky. Her poor sister, was ripped to pieces, missing a leg, her tail. Gashes covered the little grey girls face, and she was missing a green eye. Aurora felt sick, but had to look at her brother, to see what she had done to him, because all this was her fault. She had found the 'shortcut' that had cost them their lives. He was emaciated, missing a front leg, his lower jaw, and a chunk of his spine. Tufts of fur were all that remained on his pale blue body, yellow eyes, so much like their fathers, were gone. They were whispering to her, curses and questions. Why had she done this to them, why had she thought the shortcut was a good idea? Then, something even more horrifying happened. They started to dissintegrate. She was alone here, in the dark. She screamed.

{ooc; yes, it's creepy and graphic, but awesome!!}

The light chill of the seas would overwhelm the mascaline body as Siarvon gently crosses from island to island, only to give a quick glance to each one. The waters would ripple at each movement of the strong pistons. Theres a reason for everything, yet something made him travel the whole way here, but for what? It was a few more minutes before the brute reaches the island, the exotic paradise. It was this place that grabbed the mans attention. Clawing at the golden sands would he arise, gaining back his regular 40" build. The unusual looking birds would sweep the air in front of the twin pools, singing there dailing song. Ignoring his very presence.

A low gruff would escape the ebony lips before pacing forward, the sandstone pelt appearing to be a messy, wild look. The edge of the lips would curl slightly at the scent of a woman, Aurora. What brings the albino mistress all the way here, to a place that looks so foreign to Siarvons eyes. Instinctively he would check out her where abouts, to see what exactly she was doing. The salt from the waters made his pelt more gritty, sticky even. Yet the sounds of a flowing stream would lead him the way.

There it was. A body laying in the middle of a bedding of ferns. " A.. Aurora?" he would whisper, tracing the curves of her ear, before seeping into the lobes. Slowly reaching to the ivory womans side would Siarvon dip down his cranium, his muzzle inches away from her dimpled cheeks, looking her over. His Exhaled breath from his black leathered flares, gently touching against her angelic features. It was then and only then would he nudge her delicate bodice, to wake her up from the nightmare she was set in. It was obvious, with all the whimpering and shifting, she must be uneasy by it.

ooc: This is probably a really short post compared to yours, sorry!D:

Wolf from dawnthieves, manip by Ocena. Character belongs to Deneke!

Something stole her away from the horrid nightmare, something soft, gentle. A breath. Perched just on the edge of conciousness, the ivory maiden would feel a nudge against her flank, and be startled into awakening. Her legs shot out defensively, a snarl ripping from her throat as she snapped her jaws shut insinctively on a body. Her eyes opened just before her deadly teeth would pierce flesh, and instantly she recognized a brown furred male. Aurora reared her head back just in time, and only clamped down on the thick fur of the mans scruff. Pearl razors sliced easily through those hairs, leaving them on her long salmon tongue. Spitting them out quickly, she heaved herself up, stood on shaking legs and looked at the male. Siarvon. "I'm sorry Siarvon!" The lady exclaimed, silver eyes filled with concern. She tasted seawater on her tongue, and immediately set off to the stream and lapped up some of the crisp water. With the salty taste off her tongue, she trotted back to the crushed ferns. Her entire body shook, adrenaline wearing off. That dream... It was horrifying. She shuddered as some of the dream reentered her infinite mind, replaying itself over and over. "What brings you here?" She asked, voice soft again, silky. She was simply curious, although also very thankful. If he hadn't shown to wake her up, who knows how badly the snowy temptress would have been scarred by that nightmare. She longed for comfort, deep in her heart, but her mind banished this as nonsense, weak and childish. So she waited for his response, sitting on the heap of plants, muscles constricting, spasming, causing her whole body to shake.

"speech!"

It was within moments that The albino dame would lunge in an instinctive shock, snapping for the body but stopping quickly to only snap of a few fine hairs. By the time her movements where made Siarvon would lunge back and growl, disturbing the peaceful nature that was naturally set. Before he had remembered what had happened he quickly stopped. The Masculine face calming to its regular structure. Slowly dipping down his cranium he asked for forgiveness before Aurora turned to lap up the crystalline waters.

" I should be the one giving out apology's ma'am." A small chuckle would release into the fine air, to tease the opposing lobes. As the woman walked back to the bedding of ferns he'd simply watch. The icy hues looking her over once more. " Boredom brought me here, until I picked up your scent. Why exactly did you come here Aurora." The scent wasn't the usual intoxicating perfume, but instead the panicked scent, not so pleasant if you had to compare. The words would easily soothe down against the Italic tounge, brushing past the hairs of the feminine. Her curiosity was just like his. So why not ask her what all this was about?

Sitting down against the haunches the heavy weight would press against. "What happened? Why are you in distress, if you don't mind me asking." Puzzlement would remain his Expression. The only Thing that would show. Though this place was admirable, it would seem rather lonely. No predators where in sight, just the exotic creatures hiding about. The large ears would perk forward, awaiting for answers.

The damsel accepted the autumn furred man's apology without a thought, smiling as he chuckled. His question nagged at her infinite mind, rifling through it in search of the answer to complete it. The snowy derma of the lean woman shifted as she heaved a sigh, not quite knowing the answer, but she made an attempt to explain. I guess I was simply exploring, and I have never swam the oceans before, so I decided to do that while also exploring these islands. She told him, her soft, silky voice lilting and wavering musically. A faint Russian accent coated the ivory dame's speech, and was coupled beautifully with her otherworldly tone of voice. A shrug accompanied her voice, for the answer was nothing specific, and was rather boring.

Once again his deep, masculine voice begged a question, one the porcelain lady was not too keen on answering. The man seemed friendly enough, but the truth was just too horrifying, too personal. So she backed out of that response, choosing to go a different way. It was... 'Twas just a dream, my dear Siarvon, nothing more... She told him, stumbling a bit on the beginning of the answer, as she wanted desperately to tell someone the truth, to be able to share her terrible past with someone, but couldn't. She also was reassuring herself of the fact as she told him, her voice firm under the cover of it's sweet, soft delivery. In those moonstone orbs, however, lay the truth, the fear still residing within her, the lonliness she could not escape, and the sorrow of having no blood like hers. The grief threatened to overwhelm her, and she wanted so badly for another to talk to, to comfort her. A single tear developed in her silver pool, and dripped down her cheek like a shard of ice sliding over the snows that had so recently begun to leave.
