The two weeks that she and her siblings were being forced to stay in Abaven were slowly but surely coming to a close. Theta was excited at the prospect of going back home with her father, she wanted the opportunity to do things on her terms. At least at home she wouldn’t feel forced to stay within a certain area, she bet that if her father caught her outside pack borders she wouldn’t get nearly the scolding she would receive if she left this packs borders. Lying down waiting for the time to pass Theta had rolled on to her side. Time was always passing too slow for her.

With the arrival of the new pups Theory was riddled with usual excitement. They weren't the nicest but Theory could easily look past that due to her optimism. She hoped with a bit of positivity they would come to get use to Abaven for their temporary stay.

Now at about a season old Theory was venturing from the rapids a tad bit more often. She would never leave the Abaven territory without permission and she really didn't need to. There were plenty of interesting adventures and people to meet at home. Plus she saw how poorly Verse's adventure went and did not want to have the same negativity surrounding herself. Theory didn't hold anything against her sister but her parents did not seem pleased.

The scent of one of the outsider pups fulled her nose. A little smile stained her inky lips and her stubby tail went wild in joy. Theory frolicked towards the source as the witnessed one of the females laying on the ground. A tiny yip could be heard as she grew closer to the older pup. "Hi! My name is Theory!" Perhaps her excitement was too much for the opposing youngling but it was hard for the gleeful babe to tone it down.

Disrupting her thoughts would be a loud and annoying pup all too cheerfully introducing herself. Theta winced as the sound pierced her ears, they were far too close to be yelling and uncomfortably physically close for Thetas' taste.

Diplomacy was something Theta could use with people when they had some possible future use . She certainly didn't see herself sticking around this ball of sickening happiness longer than she had to. Gradually standing up looking at the other girl Theta opened her mouth, "And i'm the alpha of Erovrare." sarcastic words came out in place of a comment on their attitude. She knew she wasn't truly the alpha of Erovrare, that was her dads' job, but she was pretty close.

Theory was not met with the same happy go lucky attitude she had offered. The opposing pup winced as the babe introduced herself. This did not phase the black and white pup for her joy was continuously unstoppable. One would have to insult her family or harm them to get the chipper pup to react in a negative manner. Thus, as she observed Theta there was only a lingering smile staining her own midnight lips.

The strange pup responded with a rather bold statement. Instead of offering her a name she told Theory she was the Alpha of Erovrare. Theory raised a curious brow, Pups can't lead packs!. With a cock of her slender head she offered a little giggle. "Oh! We are playing pretend!" Her puffy tail wagged in joy as the excited youngling nodded. Theory cleared her throat and tried to get serious. "I am the General of Abaven." The babe could never see herself as a lead warrior but that was what pretend was for.. right?! "Does this mighty Alpha have a name?!"

Smirking as she seemed to have stumped the other pup with her sarcastic comment Thetas' negative intentions came back to bite. This annoying pup thought they were playing pretend, man did the pups here have no class. At least the other group of pups back home knew about sarcasm. This one didn't even think highly enough of themselves to be an alpha. If Theta had any choice about what she would be in a pack it would be alpha, they were the ones with the most power after all.

Theta wasn't about to play along with this silly notion of playing pretend. Pretending was for those who wanted a different life than their own and Theta had been taught to be proud of her life, even if she didn't like it at times.
Glaring at the other pup she said "I am the voiceless roar and we are not playing pretend" Playing around was the least of Thetas' concerns at the moment.
