Iroh v Thalia

They were sparring! And Pyrrhic had called him future General! Iroh tried to remain calm and stoic, but his tail wagged too much for the impression to stick too hard. Iroh listened carefully to his cousin’s words, despite being oh so excited he wanted his cousin to know he was serious. He would be the greatest General one day, and no one was going to convince him otherwise. With his dark ears perked and blue and lavender eyes on his cousin the boy took in all the information given. His mentor for now would be his cousin, who had already promised to help him train. He nodded eagerly as he listened where his brother would be as well when Pyrrhic finally got to sparring partners.
Iroh didn't know Thalia very well, but he did know the girl was Dion’s sister. His gaze searched for her form. He tried to make eye contact as Phyrrhic dismissed them to their spars. He tried to stay focused, he was incredibly excited for his first real fight though. He positioned himself a little bit away and waited for Thalia to stand before him so they might get going. ”Hi, Thalia! I’m Iroh, ready to spar?!” The boy was probably too eager, but he couldn't help it. These were exciting times.
