She was..... Very swollen with pups. When walking it had become more of a waddle in her backside, but she was extremely happy. She couldn't help, but feel extremely happy about her whole situation. Yes her and Torin had their fears, but this was something she had been looking forward too. In fact before she met Torin she honestly felt like she would never have the chance, but meeting him had changed her life in so many ways. They would get through this and she knew if they ever needed help that the family here in Lirim would help both of them out. She had the confidence that together her and Torin could raise a great family. She was lounging outside of 'their' den. Relaxing under the willow after a meal and visit from her uncle and her cousin Eurus. She didn't have the slightest idea that today would be any different from any other, nor did she realize that it was time for her to finally meet the faces of her children that had been growing inside of her. She could honestly say she had been more uncomfortable and crampy today making her mood a bit damp, but other then that she had been feeling fine. It started with her unable to remain comfortable with how she was laying and no matter how she positioned herself she couldn't get comfortable. So she slowly got to her feet and waddled herself into the den, hoping maybe their bed of pelts would be more comfortable then the grass outside of their den. That at first seemed to be the ticket and she was able to nod off into a nice sleep. She was asleep for a while before a strong contraction broke her peaceful slumber. It had been strong enough that it seemed to make her entire body tense from the pain and pressure and her ears pin in uncertainty of what was going on. Sitting up she began to pant lightly. Torin should be back soon so she didn't feel the urgency to try and call him back sooner, but she was a bit worried about what was going on right now and just tried to keep herself calm. "Speech"

Torin still couldn't believe how big Derecho had gotten, neither could he believe how well she was still able to move considering her size even if her walk was more waddle than anything else. Torin had gone to catch something for her, it took him a while but finally, he managed it, snagging a rabbit for her and returned to where he'd last seen her. Torin frowned as he noticed his mate was gone. He briefly dropped his catch and sniffed around, easily picking up her familiar scent. He tracked her scent a bit until he could easily assume she had returned to their den then went back to grab his catch. Torin didn't want to wake his mate if she was asleep, he could tell that the pregnancy was taking a lot out of her and slept a decent amount because of that so the man dropped his catch by the entrance and quietly poked his head into the den. Before his eyes could even adjust he was hit by the scent of sweat and could hear his mate's laboured breathing. "Derecho?" He asked, peering into the gloom and just able to make her out, she was awake. "Are you okay? Do you want me to call for a healer?" His tone was more frantic now. The first time father had no idea what might be happening? Was something wrong? Were his mate and children in danger? "Speech"
