The Cave
Hannibal
He stood perched on a large rock, looking over the water as it churned beneath him, watching as silvery fish danced through the shallow waves and skipped over the surface before plunging back under the water. His head cocked slightly as he watched, still full from a recent hunt but content instead to watch the fish as they slipped like small pieces of fabric through the tide.
He yawned, growing bored and rose, shaking his fur out before he slid from his perch, nose to the ground as he investigated the smaller pools along the shore. The small pools were alive with life; scallops, urchins, and crabs basked in the sun as the incoming tide filled their small worlds with lifegiving water. It was interesting, but he was growing tired of being alone, and bored without anything to do. He stooped to scratch at his ear then looked out at the sea, drinking in a breath of alkaline air with a deep sigh. He did love the ocean, as long as he could choose where to live he would always choose to be beside the sea, it was the one thing he couldn’t live without, yet so many packs chose to live far away from the unpredictable waves and hidden predators. He meanwhile lived for the uncertainty of what lay beneath the depths and greeted it as a challenge.

Since the visit from Pandora and Cannival the male was seeming to slowly recover. Mentally and physically. Despite the little medical attention he received he seemed to be recovering with just bathing and taking better care of himself. Enriching words uplifted his spirits just enough to realize how extremely dramatic he was being. Hannibal's problems were real but it was easy for him to self destruct. But, what came of all of this was the realization that he wished to live a slightly slower life. Upon coming to these lands Hannibal joined a pack, fell in love, had offspring, and attempted to take a crown. Perhaps it was time to take things slower and focus on what meant most to him, family. The albino roamed the southern most tip of Auster alone. Making his way towards the ring with a rather neutral demeanor. The scabs on his upper back were slowly getting better but not fully healed. The blood that was previously soaked into his fur had been washed out and he was back to looking as white as an albino should. Life seemed to pool in his mis match gaze once again. All in all the Klein looked healthier but remained lighter and still rather gloomy. Hannibal stalked quietly as his light gaze fell upon the moving figure. An earth toned male standing slightly shorter then the albino himself grazed the sand below their paws. The pale beast seemed to slow his steps as he took in the scent of the stranger, it was a mix of the ocean as well as very floral. For the first time in a long while a bubbling of want filled his veins. A feeling he hadn't experienced sin Nephthys or Spider. The male took sturdy steps towards the opposing male with his head raised but without a domineering stature. Hannibal was mostly neutral, for once. "Do my eyes forsake me or am I truly in the midst of such a divine beast?" Enriched tones filled the air as he stopped about seven tail lengths from the stranger. Despite his gloomy nature the male was finding his former confidence all over again.
