Prepared to take on his duties of Samurai, embracing the privileges and responsibilities for others more than himself, he would make his way to WOlfpaw lake, and investigate the territory. He already knew it pretty well at this point, but he would need to be certain of it before he proceeded. He made his way to the large open expanse, and walked the perimeter, dropping stones he had stained red as he did so, making a sparse wall of color across the land.
He lined smaller sections inside, before surveying his work, and nodding his head in approval. A wry smile on his lips as he considered others seeing his work, and wondering what madness had overtaken him. They would find out soon enough.
Preparations complete, the man jumped on top of a flat stone near the water, and tossed back his head. He called for the wolves of Ashen, warriors first and foremost, and then those that wished to join him and learn from him what they could. He included the slaves in his call, with the indication that they could better help their masters if they knew a little of what they where doing, but the truth was he wanted to give them both some experience, so that Nimbus could fight for his freedom one day, and Zee... Zee could defend herself.
GOT AN ANGEL ON MY SHOULDER
But the devil always won...
Having just finished his shift on patrol Harbringr had settled down for a quick nap. The temperatures were continuing to drop and a particularly chilly, drizzly morning made his warm, fur-lined den all the more welcoming when he'd finally returned. He'd just started to drift off when a call rang out through Ashen. Blinking his mismatched eyes he recognized the gathering call belonged to Sirius, his fellow Samurai. Ahh… what could the other want? It was hard to know his mind as Sirius was always so, well, serious.
Still, he would heed the man's call. Slipping out of his den he worked his way to the source, gazing curiously at what the other man seemed to be up to before he took a seat.
The night was mid way through and Deathbelle was out and about in Ashen’s dark territory. The moonlight did well to guide her path as she made another round around the territories border. She didn’t want to admit how much longer it was taking her now. The pups were finally starting to really take their toll. The Empress didn’t move as fast, and she hated to admit how much she felt like she was waddling. An Empress did not waddle. It was frustrating, but worth it however much she contemplated turning Sirius into a war horse. If she was riding around on her vessel all day no one would be able to notice the difference in her gait.
The thought of Seer was interrupted by his voice. Mismatched ears perked at his call, and curiously she made her way to his side. Belle did her bets not to waddle into the clearing, mostly she would achieve her goal. Those who knew her the best would be able to tell rather easily however. Deathbelle stretched languidly as she appeared before Sirius, as usual she resisted the urge to nuzzle into his huge form affectionately. She aimed for Harbingr instead, giving him a quick nuzzle as she settled back onto her haunches and curling her tail around her paws. "Sirius, Harbringr, hello my Samurai." She greeted them both brightly and with obvious adoration for both of them.
"Speech"
