(Miach)Catching fire
Days had passed since Yurei's first try in a fight against another wolf, despite all of her doubts, all of her pessimism she won. She still couldn't believe it, and she wondered if it was just luck of because of her skills. But what skills? She didn't have any last time she checked. She was good for nothing, useless in all she did. Her negativeness was one of her worst enemies, an enemy which along sadness made her everyday life a hell made true. As the night was starting, her path brought her somewhere else. The need to explore pulled her from the pack territory she now lived in. She wasn't leaving just for some hours and then she will be right back. And as the white wolf marched, hundreds of fireflies moved around her. If she was honest, never in her entire life had seen so many at once. But would it be wrong if she tried to catch them? She felt pity for that but she wanted to try and see if they were edible. And such she jumped a foot into the air trying to catch as many as she could in her mouth. "Can you see me?" |
With a black leather bag tied around his neck the male sauntered along in hopes of finding a nice bug hunting spot. Blood red eyes roamed the region before spotting a nice quiet area with only one Wolf around. Lips twitched into a very mild grin as he watched her snap at a few bugs in hopes of catching one. He watched as she actually managed to pick up a few. His thick tail flicked eagerly as he moved closer. "Do you have your eye on anything at the market?"
Miach looked around with wide eyes. He was scoping out the bugs with focused breaths. There were only four tries and he could only assume some of the festival hosts were watching to ensure no cheating. Thus, he would have to be calculated. The Adravendi wasn't too openly competitive but within his heart he always wanted to come out on top. The adrenaline of winning was enough to leave a smile on his lips. But not before long the male saw a few of the flickering bugs fly by and his inky jaws snapped at them with ease.
