Theta’s mind had been thinking about the effect her leaving might have on her family. Normally if they couldn’t deal with it that was their problem, but today she was questioning that mentality. Once she left she didn’t want anyone going on a search for her she wanted to just go, maybe if she explained that people would understand. She wouldn’t outright say it, but she might start asking vague questions.
Theta walked around the territory actively looking for her father. It seemed they found her easily when she didn’t want to be found but it was a lot harder when she wanted to find them.

His time with Paradise did a great deal to lighten his mood, but it wasn’t long before the lightning king found himself brooding again. He paced along the border, leaving marks as he patrolled, wearing his armor as he brushed against the trees and bushes of the Sparse Pines. His thoughts were dark and at first he didn’t notice his dark daughter searching below the ridge he stood on. With graceful steps he slid down the bank of snow and earth toward her. In an instant she seemed to have grown in front of his eyes, from a small downy pup into a lithe tall girl that would soon be a woman. He smiled from beneath his mask, pride mixing with joy as he stepped toward his daughter, his shadowy fur hidden under the cape of thick white polar bear fur and his golden eyes hidden under the pig’s skull. “I swear yesterday you were right underfoot, and I was almost tripping over you.” He chuckled then moved forward to brush his neck affectionately against Theta’s "Talk"  Thought "You"
