Hannibal had been extremely busy with the new pups, his own litters, family, Banshee, and all of the festivals. It was hard to say when he had time to eat, sleep, or relax. But, he somehow managed. That being said the male took any moment he could to spend time with his pack members. It was important to hear of their well being and concerns. He desired feedback from each and every member of Ashen for it was the only way they would improve. Deathbelle was definitely going in a different direction with the pack then he would have. Hannibal being much more like his father then any of them. All of the servant relations were questionable as well as allowing the servants to rise up in rank. Perhaps with Belle being pregnant she had become softer or maybe this was her vision. Nevertheless, he would follow his little sister but was also eager aid her. Coming back from a routine hunt the male caught sight of his sister. The same sister who had found him in Auster months ago. A smirk slipped across his bloody lips as the full bellied alpha trotted over to Pandora. Hannibal came up behind her and aimed to brush against her side before circling around to stand in front of her. "Sister.." A pause as he licked his lips. "How are you? We haven't spoken in a while." With a tilt of his head the beast sat with those pale eyes pouring into her own.

Her mood had refused to lessen into something more tolerable, even when she felt her brothers touch against her side. Bi-colored gaze looked up at his own rosy lenses, though her mood was plain as day. "Attempting to quiet the voices I hear..." She started, bringing her tail to curl around her paws to stop the twitching tip. "The spirits are displeased and restless. They do not like what is transpiring here," She mused. For so long she had been able to hear them. Not just in her head but in the world around her. Every whisper of the breeze or the bubble of water, in the way the world sounded and smelled. She could feel their presence. Spirits old and new, both ancient and foreign.
It was a headache dealing with them sometimes, but to ignore them meant trouble. She did that once, and they acted in a most violent manner. Sending predatory creatures after her until she started listening again. "This is not the way I envisioned our rise..." She growled. Belle was not leading them to greatness nor ruling the way father had. Things were all messed up, and the spirits were making it known to her. |
Hannibal read his dear sister's unhappiness with ease. After standing for a moment he decided it would be better to take a seat. The albino lowered onto his haunches as he observed Pandora with a much more serious look in his eyes. Her words brought forth a tiny sneer to his lips as he pondered over what she had to say. It had been known that Pandora heard the voices of their ancestors. The words of the Kleins weaved themselves into her mind and urged her down the path that they would have lead. Hannibal did not dismiss her notions like he did so often with Archon for he believed his sister had wisdom beyond his own when it came to their ways. After allowing her worries to mingle within his mind for a long moment the male offered a firm nod. His lips formed a stern line as his eyes connected with her own once again. "Deathbelle raised our family up from ashes. A task that no one else had succeeded at." No one could discredit Belle's ambitious and power. "If we compare ourselves so closely to father's Empire we shall get lost in grasping for what once was. These are new lands with new hardships, goals, and Wolves." A pause. "There things I am also beginning to feel weary about. But, when the moment is right I plan on discussing the future of Ashen with Deathbelle to smooth out our journey to greatness." Hannibal rolled his shoulders, "Tell me more of your worries so I can bring them to our Empresses attention." The only way they would work out the kinks in their new pack would be to discuss things with open minds.

The two speak of what was and what is meant to be. Clouds loom overhead, but no rain drops. The first sound of the storm is a crack of lightning close enough to leave a metallic taste in the maws of any nearby. Another strike and ear-splitting crack of thunder. Lightning begins to pop all around the two as the rain begins to finally fall. It's a pop-up shower! It won't last long, but watch the lightning! When the storm breaks, the sky clears rapidly and the temperature becomes cool and pleasant.
