" “Satisfaction is reserved for the Nonconformist.” " Small paws carried a boy through the rocky terrain, his cold gaze of blue scanned the place as his endless thirst for adventures impulsed him. With a head full of questions he wanted to know everything he could, that was much funnier than wasting his time with other pups. He didn't see it as something that fun. So he walked, hopefully with his mother close. For a pup he was too cold, too introvert for his age. He never was the cheerful type, he was unique, he was, different. Would it be bad? Would it bring trouble in the future? Maybe, but he wouldn't care probably, no one was born perfect. And if none was happy with it well, good for them, he won't change his essence for others. He would stop, sitting in a rock. And out of a sudden, a bug landed on his nose. He didn't move, he just wanted to observe what it was going to do. Some minutes later, thunders were heard on the heavens , and dark clouds blocked the sun's light. The rain didnt took long before falling over the land. "speak" |

"oh, hello there" a voice said from the side.
if the pup looked over, he'd see the camo-colored woman standing amongst the garden. she had a whimsical tone, a bit airy, but her eyes were kind as she looked at him. she had seen the bug lay on the boy's nose, and how the boy did not swat it away. how kind of him. most wolves would swat bugs because they felt they were beneath them. it had been said by her parents that if a bug liked you enough, it'd remain on you. as the sky above them called out for release, the rain pattered the ground and her body. "the sky is weeping. you should take cover until the sniffles are done."
she was already soaked but did not complain. around them, the huge boulders of the landscape rose up to offer some solace from the storm. Bee would walk forward, looking around for the child's mother. she did not see them and frowned softly. but just in case the mother was watching, she would stop a respectful distance away from the boy. there was some concern if he was alone but not enough to forcefully take him somewhere. the woman would tilt her head. "unless you like the rain, that is. the grass does. it will smile after the storm."

It's an earthquake!
The rain pitter-patters across the plain with a steady, rhythmic beat. Thunder rumbles in the distance, some seeming closer than others. Some seem so close the ground rumbles with it, but when the thunder stops, the ground does not. It continues to shake until it is swaying vigorously enough to knock down any wolves without proper bracing. Trees sway and birds take flight as other animals try to scramble away from the chaos. It's an earthquake! Eventually the tremors settle down, but not for a long while.

"oh, hello there" The pup would hear coming from his side, in silence and with a serene expression he turned his eyes and stared at the wolf who looked at him warmly. He didn't understand why she was here, and more specifically why was she looking at him like that "Hi." He answered in his normal dry voice, he wasn't a cheerful child, some could think he is rude or uncaring. This was just the way he was, the way he talked to others, nothing was his intention to be taken as rude, it was all people's assumptions." the sky is weeping. you should take cover until the sniffles are done." "Really? well, I don't mind getting soaked. Rain won't kill me or would it?" He answered as he stood up and looked around, before returning his blue gaze to the female. His speech didn't appear of a child's, he was usually more from an adult, wit the exception of his lower tones.
Then, he saw as the female walked toward a shelter made by the terrain's rocks. He would follow just so he could wait for his mother there. "unless you like the rain, that is. the grass does. it will smile after the storm." He didn't say anything, he just walked, but soon he could feel the earth under him shake a bit like if it wanted to break, and opening his eyes a bit. It stopped but he wasn't going to stay, so he started to run. "Run." He told her as he started to call for his mother.

"you could catch a cold" the woman added to the boy's words but little else was spoken more. there was little cover in this 'garden' of sorts. the tall, towering boulders and the tiny little ones... so much variety but so few places to actually have shelter from the weather. when a flash of thunder lit the air before them, Bee would twist her head to look up at the sky unblinkingly. and when the ground beneath her started to grumble, as if waking from a long slumber and stretching... well, she was slow to react. the boy wasn't.
he was quick to react, rushing away. Willoughby felt it was a bit silly to run during an earthquake. there was not much cover like stated, and the ground would be extra shaky. he could trip and fall over the many, many rocks littering the ground. she rose and went after him, though she was taking her time getting there. she was in a constant state of lackadaisical care and didn't seem to have much self-awareness. her legs tumbled and twisted over the ground, but she managed to keep up with the boy's effort in running away.
as she more or less walked after him, she noted he called for another wolf. by then, the quakes had ceased and she stood upon solid ground once more. she was still not sure why the boy felt the need to run across a quivering piece of land, but it would be exciting to hear it from him.
