The plan was all Io's, but together they had measured out the pond they intended to dig. It was carefully placed, so the overflow water would trickle down and water her garden. He had never seen a layout like it, the way she had carved her garden from the side of the gentle hill beneath her cottage. She was going to have one of the most stunning homes in the pack, even his little stream-side home near the ocean wasnt going to compare.

He was thrilled at the thought of it, and painstakingly checked their measurements for the umpteenth time. Well, it was now or never. Already a summer scattering of clouds had begun to own the sky, and he wanted to have this finished before they broke. He suspected they wouldnt open up until tomorrow, but he didnt want to be digging in the mud. Besides, the rain would full the pond.
He ready had nefarious plans of catching fish to liven up her pond, and they hadnt even started the digging yet.

The titan had brought her wagon closer, and had layered the bottom with leather skins to protect the dirt and protect her creation. Now he just had to dig, fill the trailer, and move the dirt. He planned on using the dirt to fortify dens elsewhere. He might as well make use of it if he was already moving it.

Sirius had liked her idea for a custom built pond. Together they had taken measurements and had collected supplies. Thigh he had dug most of the hole, Iolaire had helped as much as she was able. Even Ila, the silly dwarf caribou had dug a bit, though it wasn't as easy with hooves. The sweet little beast was always helpful.

Deciding that it was time for a break, Iolaire slid to a seated position in a bit if shade that the tall grass provided. Pulling a gourd from her pack, the small fae uncorked it and took a swig of the cool tea inside. Extending it, she shook the gourd at her brother. "Tea. Meat. Breaktime." The sun was beating down upon them today and the dark wolf was thoroughly overheated. She could only imagine how warm her giant sibling might be.
Io has a dwarf caribou companion and a snow leopard companion. Assume they aren't with her unless stated otherwise.
