The festival had been a success, and so had the interest in the tournament that had been announced that he was hosting. After all the participants were accounted for, he led the march to the battlefield where the tournament would take place. He was curious to know who would win the first rounds as well as who would reign supreme at the end of it all. There were many he recognized, but also many he didn't. Regardless of who won the tournament, they'd be crowned Winterfell's Champion until the next tournament. After everyone was gathered, he started off by announcing the first of the fights. "First round for the beginner division starts with Orca and Memento Mori. Remember, this is a dominance fight. Just do your best and may the best wolf win. Good luck you two!" The Northern King moved off to the side to spectate as well as start the other matches. He was curious to know who'd win the first rounds, and of course, who would reign supreme at the end of it all. The pup stood there, unable to contain her excitement and her nerves while sitting. Acere began the introduction, but it was short lived and left no time to prepare or to calm herself. A brief introduction was given, Orca versus Memento, may the best wolf win. He didn’t give her an encouraging nod, a smile, nothing really. Orca blinked at her father for a moment before stepping forward with a quick shake of her body…trying to shake off the nerves as she found her opponent.

Ears fell flat against her skull, legs wide for balance- perhaps a bit too wide? Her opponent was smaller, but not by much. Lips peeled back in a snarl, revealing newly sprouted canine teeth- not puppy teeth. Thankfully they had come in before the tournament! Unsure how to start a fight, because really? This was probably her first one. Orca would snarl softly, nervously, before throwing herself forward.

Orca’s intent was merely to body slam into her adversary, to knock them off balance and hopefully gain an advantage by doing so.
