Come down, come down sweet reverence
With both of them rested up the journey began again while the night stretched on. Jynn was basking in the lush temperature and humid environment. A far cry from the dry, cold air sweeping in from the north in Boreas. Jynn slowed as she noticed a pack border. She stopped before it and just gazed out at the site. Above a deep emerald field of grass was an absolutely gorgeous sky. The black and blue veil above her was studded with white and violet points of light. They seemed to glimmer and sparkle above her, a particularly bright one catching most of her attention. She sighed contentedly. What would've been a fairly plain field was transformed into something extraordinary when night fell. Through the field she spied a thin, dark river winding its way through.

(Clap clap clap clap)
The short break had rejuvenated Bowen and the pair of ladies made their way back to Bowen's home in a quick clip. As promised, the stars above the plain glittered like gems in the sky, bathing the stretch of grass in a sea of light. The sky itself undulated like a glittering sea. Bowen was still in awe, though she'd seen the sky here before.
Noting that Jynn had stopped at the border, Bowen laughed and motioned for the woman to follow her onto the plain with a pull of her head. "You're my guest. Please..." Bowen welcomed Jynn onto Hallowed ground with a sweep of one crimson dipped paw. "My mother started this pack. It would be silly if I didn't have the right to bring friends over."

Come down, come down sweet reverence
Jynn's large ears flicked forward as Bowen beckoned her across the border, explaining that it was her mother who started the pack. Smiling shyly, Jynn cautiously crossed. When she wasn't immediately struck down by a lightning bolt she grinned and bounded through the grassy field with a whoop. "This is great! You live in such a pretty area." The rush of the wind in her fur, the warm evening and brilliant stars despite the full moon. Jynn was having one of the best evenings she'd had in awhile. Grinning she circled back toward Bowen. "So, what is the name of the pack. Is it a pretty nice one to live in all things considered?" Jynn would always be a nomad but she had to admit she was curious how other wolves lived.

Jynn still seemed a little hesitant as she stepped over the borderline and onto the plain. With a woop, the woman's expression brightened and Bowen released a soft laugh as Jynn began to sprint through the grass. The warm, summer breeze ruffled Bowen's caramel cream coat and she turned her face into it, smelled the scent of the long, sweet grass. She didn't spend nearly enough time here when she was younger. Perhaps she'd rectify that now that she was back again.
With a question on Jynn's maw, Bowen opened her eyes once more. "The Hallows," she replied. "And yes, it's a very good pack. My mother forged it so that anyone in need could receive help. Safety, food, shelter, care. She really was a selfless woman." Gone now, but she had been a very good wolf.

Come down, come down sweet reverence
Jynn filed the name of the pack away in her mind. The Hallows. Bowen went on to describe the pack and she had to admit, that while she was usually pretty suspicious of packs, this one did sound rather nice. "That's really good of her. I've never heard of a pack like this." She continued through the plains, wandering without too much of a direction until she spied something to the southwest that caught her attention. It was a strange looking mountain unlike any she'd ever seen before. She turned to face the castle, her tail twitching for a moment before she glanced at Bowen. "Hey, what's with that funny looking mountain over there?"

"Yes, it was good of her," Bowen agreed, watching as Jynn scampered along the soft grasses with her long legs. When her friend caught sight of the castle looming in the distance, Jynn's words and the expression on her face brought laughter to the copper and cream fae. "Oh Jynn... That's my home. We live inside of that castle." How did you explain a castle to someone that had never seen one before? "It's basically a big den made of stone with lots of little dens inside." Bowen then gave her head a little tilt as she considered the leggy woman. They'd already come this far. Why not show her the castle too?
"Come with me," Bowen said, beginning to move towards the castle. "I can show you the castle and we can both get a little sleep before morning. How does that sound?"
